Our original agreement was to remove and haul away old fence. Then replace fence and gate. Here are the issues: 1: The fence has a large gap on the bottom in some areas. If me or my neighbor were to obtain a pet, they would not be restrained in the yards. 2: The gate cannot be opened from the outside. A piece of board was screwed in as the “handle” but you would have to turn the handle, then go inside the house and go into back yard, then push the gate open. This is not proper installation and does not allow access by my lawn service or Utility providers. 3: Neighbor’s gate latch was removed and was not reinstalled on post after fence installation. Now he is not able to close his gate. 4: My side yard, my neighbor’s side yard, and my back yard was left with large ruts that are holding water. My property has always drained as I am on slight hill. Now it does not. This damage was caused when fence was being installed. The areas need to be leveled back out to correct the damage. I have made several attempts to have this corrected and you always respond that you will be here to complete it but have not shown up. Then my last four messages have been ignored.
