I have to share my experience! My entire lawn died after contracting for ongoing care with a National chain. After ending our "partnership", I put more money into trying to save it, but it was too late. Then I found Ernesto Fernandez. He came over same day I inquired. He was so patient ... answered all my questions, and taught me many things I didn't know about care for a Saint Augustine lawn in Houston. His amazing team was on site and working a quick 4 days later. They were, honestly, fantastic! On time, friendly, fast and precise. And Ernesto was always just a quick text away. His materials are tip-top quality. The lawn is now healthy, and will thrive. I have finally found a company I can depend on and trust, and will heartily recommend Fernandez Landscape Contractors Services without reservation! Thank you, Ernesto!

BEWARE, if you are interested in a huge job!! Fernandez Landscape contractors made a huge error in the maintenance/restoration of pavers in my courtyard!! Per their terms, I paid them IN FULL for their service. They acknowledged their mistake and promised to fix it. Initially, they made attempts to send random workers with inadequate equipment as they made a mess of my property and even damaged some nearby varnished wood work. Eventually, they STOPPED SHOWING UP altogether after several no-shows to complete the remediation. As a result, I had to spend more than 3 times as much just to get another company to come and clean up the mess and fix the mistake. Perhaps its safer to limit such contractors to just cutting grass and avoid the big jobs......

Fernandez Landscaping did an unbelievable job at my home. Our back yard grass was completely dead from our inept prior lawn service provider. Ernesto told me it would take two days to do everything. This included replacing all sod in the back yard, replacing bushes that were not doing well and totally reconstructing the entryway from our front yard to our gate. They did it all in one day by bringing in a large crew. The crew members were all extremely hard workers. It was impressive to watch. My yards, front and back, now look awesome. We also hired Fernandez to do our regular lawn service. What a difference from our prior provider! Even my wife is happy which is no small task. If you’re looking for someone, hire Fernandez!

Fernandez Landscape gave us a very fair price for excellent work! They put sod in the front and back yard along with gravel in the flower beds. Also poured a concrete slab for a future project. The job was done very professionally. This was all done in little over a day and a half!

Ernesto was great in every aspect. Within a day of contacting him, he came by and gave me a recommendation and quote for installing sod. We had a tree fall this last year, so he also grinded the tree stump and installed sod over the area. He was able to complete all the work the same week and the results were fantastic. Ernesto and team were great to work with. You redid our whole backyard from lifting pavers up to re-installing new ones. Also did some French drainage in the backyard. Him and his team communicated well, were on time and made sure we were fully satisfied with the overall project. Not to mention very reasonably priced with other competitors. If you need work done reach out to them.

Ernesto was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He was easy to talk to, and cares about the quality of work that his crew does. I couldn't be more pleased with the product they gave me. Crew was fast and did a great job cleaning up once they were done.

I can’t recommend Fernandez landscape contractors enough. I contacted them and they came a few hours later to fix my sprinkler pipe. Reasonable price and very communicative. I will use them in the future.

Expensive but good work

This company is one I will be calling again for a few more projects here at the homestead. They were timely, efficient, accommodating, friendly, courteous and mindful of our personal space. They cleaned up after and the price was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any projects you need done. They are quick and reliable and the job was finished in a flash, especially considering the cold weather they were working in. They did an exceptional job.

He did not complete the job. He got paid in full. He did not show on 3 occasions. He was unprofessional on 2 occasions. I do not trust him. Be careful with this Co. Get everything in writing. I have text messages for my documentation.

Ernesto is fantastic to work with. He really loves to make his vision come alive. His crew was great. They worked so hard and kept things on track. We are in love with our backyard and will definitely be using Fernandez landscaping services again.

After having extensive sewer and underground electrical work done last month, our yard was trashed. Ernesto and his team at Fernandez Landscape put it all back together in less than 2 days and at a price we could afford. They cleaned up all the landscape beds. Made great suggestions for adding a few strategic plants to fill in what had been messed up. They were mindful of re-grading and making sure everything sloped to the existing drains before laying new sod and mulch. They even fixed our old paver sidewalk so that it was secure and level. Ernesto is knowledgeable, great to work with and I highly recommend them.

Excellent work, expanded driveway, removed 2 trees, regraded the lawn and laid down sod. Will call them first for future projects. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!!!
