Fernandez Landscape Contractors Services

His landscaping work is great, however he is NOT licensed to do irrigation work in Texas. He claims to be and advertises that he is, but is refusing to provide the license now that his sprinkler system has been compromised in my yard. I have looked him up through the state licensing board and they have no record of him. I have an active claim with his insurance company going on currently as his system leaked over 70,000 gallons of water into my yard in a matter of days. I have had two other licensed irrigation specialists come out to inspect and repair his work and I have documentation that his system was installed improperly and illegally. It has been labeled as unsafe to operate and is being ripped up to be replaced properly now. I have now spent an incredible amount of money to fix his work as well as the $700 water bill that is coming my way.

The owner was prompt, persistent and eager to do my difficult job. His crew was clean and careful with the other plants and objects in my yard. It was a win for me! Thank You for a job week done. I will use him regularly in the future.

I was pleased with their tree trimming. It looks good. Also pleased with the knowledge of how to work around power lines. Mr. Fernandez explanation of how the did that safely was beyond my familiarity with things electrical. However, he also offered to have his crew clean my gutters, which visibly needed it, for an added price. They fixed the visible problem, but not really the underlying problem. I probably would not hire them for that job again.

Ernesto, completed the patio rock extension in one day to meet our needs as promised. His employees worked hard to make this happen even when the weather did not corporate they continued to work. Fernandez Landscapes is AWESOME!!!!!! When another landscaper left us without our deposit and no work done to our home we found Ernesto of Fernandez Landscapes and he stepped in. Fernandez Landscape did a great job laying pavers. The couple of small items that needed to be done were done in a timely manner.

Ernesto showed professionalism in handling my project. He did what he said he would do, on schedule and at the agreed price. My yard looks beautiful. His crew worked hard and were very conscientious and polite.

He was fantastic. He even has his guys relocate some plants which was not in the original quote.

The main reasons for my choice of ratings is the fact that we had great difficulty communicating our desire to know when to expect someone to show up. I always felt like I was not as important as someone who possibly spent much more money on their project. Especially after paying for the service in full but needed them to return to finish some work that had not been completed! I felt that I was only important then after normal working hours or on weekends.

Professional and passionate about his work. My backyard looks amazing! Completely redone with French drains, fire pit, sod and rocks around the patio. I highly recommend.
