They moved the furniture which was a bonus I will recommend this company and use in the future. The sales person was helpful no pressure allowed us to take samples home several times that was a big help.

Description of Work: I called to see if someone could help level my floors, so I could lay back down my existing wood floors. They told me to call someone more local and they would not do it without buying the wood from them.

Description of Work: David at EZ Floors was great. He has a great eye for choosing colors and materials. When all the work was finished it looked great. EZ Floors installed counter-tops, back-splash, stone around the fireplace, quarter-round, and carpet. The entire contract was complete in about a month. We had one small problem after the install and David came by to check on it. When he walked into the kitchen he said, "We'll rip this all out and reinstall it right away." The issue was so minor that we declined. I was certain of their integrity at that point. And David even added that if we changed our minds at any time that he would replace everything. Their price was over all the best and only 8% higher than the lowest bid but 31% lower than the highest. The low bid came from a man who does this kind of work on the side and does not have a store front or business address. For me, trust is the most important factor. I trust David at EZ Floors. I won't use anyone else.

Description of Work: Shawn at EZ Floors provided excellent service. He went the extra mile to bring samples to our house on more than one occasion. EZ Floors remodeled our kitchen, bathroom and installed wood floors. I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: ~450 sq. ft. of ceramic tile in kitchen, dining, entry, bath. It took 2.5 days, the installers were excellent, the final results look spectacular.

Description of Work: We needed carpet for upstairs that was a close match to carpet already installed in the Master BR. EZ Floors found a very close match that was actually a better grade of carpet than what we installed in the Master BR. Installation was quick and efficient, and the crew did a thorough cleanup after the install. All old carpet and pad were removed. EZ Floors has now installed carpet in 2 different homes of ours, and we would not hesitate to call on them for future flooring needs.

Description of Work: said he would retile and repair shower floor liner for $900 and then did it. Plumbing companies wanted twice that and then you would have to pay a flooring company to finish the job. Skip the plumber and let a flooring company do the job.

Description of Work: I went by after work on about March 13. I knew what I wanted. Found it and went to schedule measuring. I wanted installation on March 23 which was only 10 days away so my salesman came the next day after work. It was his day off, but he wanted to be sure the carpet would be in before that Saturday. It was. The installers were prompt and worked all day installing the upstairs of my home. 3 bedrooms and a large gameroom. They moved all my furniture and cleaned well. I was very impressed.

Description of Work: Haven't decided who to use for new flooring; yet Mustafa was professional. Need to shop around and find the flooring that says "buy me". He did have to split his time between us and another couple.

Description of Work: Mustafa at EZ Floors on West Rd. was awesome. He worked around some our scheduling problems and completed all installations on time and in a very professional manner. The crew members treated our home and church with respect. They have a large selection of materials (carpet, tile, hardwood floors) from which to choose. Installations were all completed in a timely manner. There are always some minor problems that will pop up during a flooring installation. Mustafa and his talented crew corrected all problems without any hesitation, I plan of using EZ Floors at West Rd. for additional work both at my home and my church.
