The project took more than two months to complete. I was told that it was because the project required two big crews to complete. Upon construction of the project, there was one person for the entire framing and then a small crew of four people for the picket construction. The project management team was completely incompetent. I hired this company because of their great reviews thinking that this company would have its own construction teams, but seemingly instead just passes on the labor to subcontractors for surely less than what they are charging me. They left fence debris all over my yard, nails in my street and driveway, and miscellaneous pieces of trash scattered around the work site. The craftsmanship was sloppy. Pieces of concrete and chunks of clay were scattered throughout my yard and patio. The lumber used was typical big box hardware store lumber, not quality lumber like advertised. I will never use this company again, and will instead just build the dang thing on my own.

Hector was the most amazing representative I have ever worked with. From start to finish he stayed with me and informed me of every step of the process in getting my new fence installed before each step took place. He answered all of my dumb questions (I had a lot). He even helped me after everything was complete and taught me how to stain and take Care of my new fence long term. Impeccable customer service and communication! I know who Iâ m choosing for my next home project!
