Ignacio has excellent customer service and he was not pushy and patient while a decision was made by my husband and I. He followed up to answer any concerns or questions about the quote and process I would definitely recommend them for fence repairs.

Project entailed the replacement of a 43’ fence in the back of the property. Communication from project manager was good and timeline was less than three weeks from acceptance of terms to completion.

They did an excellent job from start to finish! Excellent communication, from the intake process to updates from the project manager. The staff on site was polite, professional and made sure everything was done right and made sure I was satisfied. The installers worked efficiently and was able to finish the job sooner than I had anticipate. They were able to schedule installation immediately after approval from my HOA. I am definitely pleased with their work and professionalism.

The project is not completed. Communication continues to be a problem. I was expecting work to be done today, but nobody showed. The man who did the post hoes was a hard worker and considerate. I have a call in to Miguel who is supposed managing the project, but no reply to my message. It is a frustrating situation. UPDATE: After consideration I would say that the project was done well, but the lack of communication is both frustrating and disappointing

Loved how they communicate during COVID 19 that we can setup the video conference meeting.

I hired them to replace a 50-year old fence. The new fence is beautiful and the craftsmanship is excellent. Very easy to work with.

The Crew was very professional and followed all items pointed out by my wife she loved working with them, started work on time kept the area clean while working. they even did a small repair on the neighbors gate but he's not a nice person. over all great we experience we would bring them back again thanks Marco & Roy

My experience with Ergeon was fantastic! They gave me a quote on the spot, and then 4 days later lowered the quote by $400. They provide a 4 year warranty and took care of all permits. They dismantled my old fence and built 60ft of my new fence in one day. And it looks amazing!! They are the real deal!

To be honest I didn't do to much research on price but my project's architect said price was competitive. It was a fast and smooth transaction with very goods results. I really appreciate the fact of being able to have a good online tool to see quotes and pay. Very nice customer service people. Quality of work was good as well.
