The fence looks great.

Hector and his team were very personable. They always answered my questions, showed me the exact process throughout the project. They put certain gate openers for my mother in law because she has arthritis in her hands and could open our previous gate. They even allowed her to test to see if she could open the gates before I signed off on the project.

I would highly recommend them they were fast and motivated to get it done and done right

Right from the quote to the install everything went perfect finish up was delayed 1 day due to the weather. Everything perfect even the haul away of the old fencing.

He installed the fence an 120 boards it was split in half I have been calling no response I am going to contact an attorney next

All the individuals i spoke with were extremely professional, caring and attentive. We did have one hiccup which was expeditiously resolved. The crew that was supposed to do the work was delayed and would be available one day past the original start date. That would not work with my schedule. After talking with Hector, a crew was dispatched from Beaumont. The crew did a fantastic job and were meticulous in regards to clean up. VERY PLEASED!

I have lived in my home for 30 plus years and had more than a few fences installed and this one by far is the best, they had a sales person call me and get the specs and agree on a price for the work, then they assigned a project manager to over see the project and assign an installer never had that kind of origination for a fence install. The installer was the best, his customer Misgel was great from his customer service he communicated with me every time there was an issue that needed to be addressed and what he completed that day and what was going to be completed the next day and he was on target every day. I highly recommend Ergeon and ask for Misgel because he is the best.

Very pleased with the process and the work. I definitely recommend them and will hire them again when I have another fencing project.

From planning to completion the first time it was what they said it was gonna be and I didn't feel scammed with this shortage nonsense.

This job has gone smooth and stream lined. Between the customer service (Maneul V) and their informational website. The job was finished within a week. From the first call to the last quality check done. I was fully satisfied of the outcome and would recommend Ergeon for future work.

Good job

Work done was top notch. However after a few days I went out and saw a lot of stuff left behind. i.e. old cement that was dug up and left against the new fence, small pieces of wood from the old fence on the grass, a branch that was cut and left under the new fence. Fence was constructed right on top of it. I must say though as far as the work and construction of the project was first class. Can't be more proud. Other than the trash left behind I would definitely recommend Ergeon to others. Thanks Ergeon.

Ergeon was very communicative from the initial contact through the end of the process. The only “knock” that I have is that I was not given the name of the person coming out to actually do the work. Aside from that, everything else regarding the experience was very positive. I received an estimate based on the potential styles I was considering and the measurements that I provided. This allowed me to shop around for other offer which I appreciated.

The quality of service was outstanding as was the customer/company communication interaction.
