I got them through a referral and they were very good. I called and spoke to the owner and he said that he would not be able to send somebody until the weekend. I said we would have hot water until then. So he drove all by himself, came down, found the problem and fixed it by himself without a charge. It wasn't a big problem but it required an electrician because it was to do with the timer in the water heater. He worked for around 15 minutes. I asked for his business card because I have planned to call him again. After he left I got a call from his office and a guy told me that there is a spot open and do I still require a person for work. I was so overwhelmed that even if he did not show up, there is some person eager to come and help me. I was very pleased with them. It was a wonderful experience.
