Great, very helpful and flexible on scheduling, prompt and good work.

The painting went great. They supplied the equipment and we supplied the paint. They brushed and rolled it own. No spots or drips any wear and they cleaned up. The lighting was hung very good. He noticed a wire cap had been left off from the original installation and put on new ones for the new fixture. The new breakfast room fixture was hung at the height of the old one and looks great. The new dining room fixture was hung to low, since it was hung at the height of the old one. He did not ask which was bothersome because it looks too low. The upstairs vanity fixture looks great, but he only had time to do one within the 4 hour time limit. We paid him $50 to finish the fourth light fixture. It also looked great. He boxed up the old fixtures in the new lighting boxes along with the old bulb if they didn't go in the new fixtures. He left the old boxed up fixtures next to the rooms where the new ones were installed. I had to move them out to the garage.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. ALL was done to my complete satisfaction. The two men did all I asked and were finished in their four hour contract.

They did a little bit of work and I just had a great experience.

Charles was very friendly, prompt and had no problem doing anything I had planned for him. He was neat and tidy, cleaning up behind himself. He asked me what order I wanted things done. He made sure I was pleased with each thing before moving on to the next. He was a pleasure to work with and I would use him in the future as well as recommend him to my friends and family.

Sent them an emial using their site requesting a quote. Never heard from them.

After getting quotes for $75 a fan, I called Charlie and he said it would take about 20 minutes per fan. He charges by the hour for two men which was a total of $60. He arrived at the scheduled time and installed the 6 fans in two hours (20 min. each). I then had him install a vanity which took an hour because of the need to bolt to the wall with very little space.

Very well. I contacted Charles and he arranged an appointment the same week. He arrived on time and completed the work to my satisfaction

On Mon. April 15, I enlisted their help through Angie’s List by purchasing one of their big deals. That day Mr. Reiner called and set up an appointment for 6:30, April 16th, and he never showed. I called and left a message on Wednesday. He did not call me back. Then I called Angie’s List to inquire about a right or wrong number. I called the additional number given to me. I left messages at both numbers. I emailed on Friday explaining my frustration, asking if they would reschedule the appointment or to cancel the big deal. I never heard back from him. This morning I called both numbers. His 2nd contact number led me to a voicemail which asked to leave a message for Charley Reiner with Sunrise Remodeling & Construction, which was not a part of the voicemail when I called before.

Not well. UPDATE: I purchased a big deal on Angie's List and immediately sent an email to get scheduled. I followed up with a couple of phone calls and heard nothing back. After about 10 days I looked at Angie's reviews and saw another person was having problems. I gave an F so I could get a refund. Angie's List contacted me quickly. They asked if I would be willing to still use them. I said yes. The company contacted me and quickly scheduled me apologizing for no response as I had somehow slipped through the cracks. They told me they could be there in 3 days, I said yes. They arrived a little after 10 a.m. Set to work and had to work in a small cramped place doing many things. They worked until 5:15. I paid extra. I was impressed with their knowledge as I had them do all sorts of odd jobs. They did an excellent job installing interior doors, floor boards, a gas stove, cutting holes for a sink and many other things. I would use them again.

I would use Charlie again if I have additional odd jobs. He was very prompt about getting back to me and communicated well during the job.

It was a 4 day projects and went well.

Great experience! The name says it all, "Done Right." Charlie is a pleasure to work with and he may be the only person I've ever worked with providing this kind of service where I eventually felt like I did not need to follow-up behind them. It is rare to find a company that you can hire and walk away from knowing the job will be done at the highest standard. Ultimately, Done Right replaced a considerable amount of siding, reformed a chimney, and painted our home years ago. It looks just as good now as the day they did it.

They came and fixed it all perfectly. They went around the house and found some knicks and cracks. They were clean and they fixed them up perfectly. I would recommend them and use them again. In fact I'm going to have them do some remodeling in my kitchen.
