The installers used our bathroom during the assignment which my family found to be unprofessional, and they left the bathroom door off its hinges which I had to rehang when I returned home. Afterward, the tile in both bathrooms looked beautiful indicating a pretty thorough job since it was in a dreadful condition prior to the work. I found only one tiny grouting spot that was missed.

Martin Sande was very professional and knowledgeable when he came to our home for the free estimate. We scheduled tile and grout cleaning and colorseal on the grout. We are very pleased with the work Martin and his assistant did. The transformation to our 20-yr-old tile floors and grout is remarkable - like new!

Marty was very professional and honest! They did an amazing job on a tile surface that almost looked unsalvageable. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Martin is a upfront and honest. Worked with our budget and did good work.

Grout and caulk jobs clean and attractive. Tile sparkles. Mike and Marty de hazed our shower tile, removed excess grout that had been heaped on by another company and made our shower look pretty again. They caulked shower stall and also tub enclosure in another bathroom. Very labor intensive task, and the two men did the work tirelessly and with pride in their workmanship.

I hired them to clean and seal my tile and grout flooring. Martin was very easy to talk with and straight forward. He did what he promised to do in a timely fashion. All the floors looked beautiful after they dried and the sealer set with the exception of one high traffic area in the kitchen on the tile and grout in front of the oven and stove. I called him back and asked him to return to my home to try to rectify the situation and re-clean that area where the grout wasn't to my satisfaction. He did so without complaint and within a couple of days he returned and redid that area of the tile and grout. He also power washed the back patio and front entryway to my home. I would use him again...

I liked Martin's approach. He was straight forward and did not try to act over smart and upsell the job (like I had a couple of other contractors do). He was on time and finished the job without any fuss. As far as the quality of the work, I am rating it a 5.0, based on the other parameters, but I will really know how good the work was after a few months. I think the quality rating should only be done after a few months for any job.
