Very professional and expert knowledge on working with marble.

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! They were hired to clean/repair tile in my main bathroom. We agreed for them to first do a test on a few tiles before proceeding. After the test, they said they could help and said they could complete the work right then. So we agreed to a price, and they worked for 3 hours. They then cleaned up, walked with me to the bath, and said there was nothing more they could do. I asked about tile that was previously fine, but was now scratched/flawed; they said they might have agitated it. The tiles were overall in worse condition than when they started. While they charged me no $, it will now cost me thousands to replace ALL of the tiles on the floor/shower. They did not return my communication to them either afterwards. Steer clear.

Chuck came to estimate to job and gave me a thorough explanation of the process involved and what outcome I could expect. My tiles are mismatched and some areas of grout are nearly blackened with grease looking stains that he said were, most likely, permanent but the grout color of my choice would cover and seal the grout, preventing future stains. I was not mislead into thinking that my tiles would look brand new but, rather refreshed and very clean. After he showed me before and after photos of other projects they have done and quoted me a very reasonable price, I accepted the bid. The morning the project was scheduled, Marty and his partner arrived on time. I had moved the dining chairs and smaller pieces of furniture that might be in the way of their hoses as they had to pull through my living room to access the work areas. I need not have worried so much as they are very professional and working around furniture and protecting workspace is part of the job. They finished in the prescribed time and I couldn t be happier with very clean and refreshed tile. The linen color tile sealant is a game changer.

Everything went as expected and I have rather high expectations. Floors were immaculate after their treatment. They moved the furniture as needed and returned it to its proper location upoon completion. Very professional Explained the entire process and our options.

Did a great job. Arrived on time and completed the work as indicated. Had my wife check their work before they left. Would hire again.

Professional from estimate to completion of project. Marty and Michael were without question exceptional men as was Chuck who have the estimate.

The consultation and job start were arranged one week and the work was done the next. We have a fairly large area of tile & grout that was steam cleaned, the grout color was lightened, and the entire area was sealed. This is supposed to help keep the floor / shower cleaner for 10+ years. The job took the majority of the day. The area looks the cleanest it's looked in 10+ years. We are pleased. Thank you.

I recently purchase a new home with tile floors. I wanted to have the grout sealed prior to moving in. Marty called me right away and he was able to set up an appointment to provide an estimate. He was able to complete the work before move-in day and it looks great! Highly recommend.

Marty, the Owner & Technician, was very prompt, professional, and courteous...I could not be more pleased!!!

Marty has a very nice and professional demeanor. However, his technician used a large, heavy machine to clean our floors, which inevitably brushes against the cabinets and baseboards. This left scrape marks along one side of the island. He also used a large bucket to collect the dirty water, which he poured into the kitchen sink causing scratches along the rim. I’ll have to buff the scratches out of the sink and island this weekend. As for the cleaning, the tile looks great. I wish the grout could have gotten a bit cleaner, but for 10 year old grout it looks much better.

Excellent job by Marty and son-in-law! Will be using again to seal our grout in our new home. The color grout treatment is well worth the extra cost, and still considered reasonable. Our whole first level looked brand new!
