Damar Co.

Went beyond my expectations - arrived promptly and not only did the areas I was concerned about, but he all areas of the house that needed it. This was really a plus for me since the window contractor that installed replacement windows 5 years ago wasn't interested in servicing their work. Damar Co. is on my go-to list for projects I need to keep my home maintained.

Excellent job: quality work for a fair price. Started when they said they were going to, used quality materials, fence was built stronger than quoted, and cleaned up the work area upon departure. They were very professional and were proud of their work. This is the sturdiest, well-built fence I've seen, couldn't ask for more when homeowners are trying to find resources to rebuild from a disaster.

awesome- This was actually the 2ed time I've used this company. The workman are great. They did a beautiful job, quickly and at a fair price. The owner was onsite and worked as hard as his employees did! I wish every company I deal with provided as good experience as Damar Co. did.

It was such a small job a lot of larger fence companies wouldn't bother with it. I talked to Be Ayyash at Damar Co through Angie's list messaging on a Tuesday. He said he would be perfectly willing to take the job. He met me at my house that same afternoon, gave me an extremely fair estimate, and explained exactly how he would do the job and the sizes and types of materials he would use. He gave me two prices - one for each different fence type (privacy or shadowbox) and I told him I would decide that evening and text him. I made my decision and texted him that night. He very graciously thanked me for selecting his company to do the job, and said they could do it the next day. Be and his assistant started while I was at work, and finished about 20 minutes after I got home. They did an outstanding job. The new fence is obviously well built and of high quality wood. There was a lot of equipment and debris lying around, but when they left, there was NO trace of any of it. Except for the new fence, it was as if they hadn't even been here. I asked him how much I owed him and he said "what we agreed to yesterday." No extras. No surprises. No "had to buy this extra part/material/whatever." No "plus tax." How refreshing! I wrote him a check for the exact amount, they finished their clean up, thanked me for my business, and left. I almost fell over, it was such a painless, stress free experience. They also do other types of work (handyman repairs, etc.) and I will definitely call them in the future. I'm very impressed.

Be and Robert did a great job getting my old house's yard, fence, and back patio ready to put on the market. He also did a couple additional things that I had not asked him to do, but was glad that he did. I am already going to hire him again for the new house, as there are several things that need to be repaired.

Be and Alex worked hard for 6 hours straight and accomplished the impossible. I have asked them to return to do the landscaping, as well as other handyman tasks around my home and those of my neighbors. Be is responsive in communications, punctual and his company's services are very reasonably priced, especially given the quality of the work.

Damar, we opted not to use them but he is really awesome. I couldn’t make it work, but he came out and gave us a quote. He was really nice, but we ended up going with a different company. It was a little on the high side but it was for quality material. I would’ve used him the first time if I could have afforded it. We had our roof done at the same time so, it was just like I had too many things to do and not enough money to go around.

We are considering using them but we are still currently getting other quotes.

Be did an incredible job. Hands down the best fence in the neighborhood belongs to me because of his work. He came out, met with me, and I showed him the area I was concerned about. He did the measurements by hand (not relying on Google maps like many other fencing companies) and showed me a scale model of his work. I couldn't be happier.

The only thing I regret is not posting this yesterday-May 25, 2017. I text Be yesterday at 11:50am, to inquire about the repairs. He wasted not time in answering, and said he would be at my house by 1:00pm. When my wife pointed out the needed repairs he went right to work. Be is so gracious, he did not charge for the repairs. Even after I tried to pay him. Damar Co. and Be are awesome! I can't say enough positive things about him. Earlier this year, Be and his crew also replaced the backyard fence. A great job, reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. I hope people read this review, and when he comes out to your house, you will see why he is such a pleasure to work with.

Be showed up on-time and the quality of the work performed was excellent. This is the second time we have used Be (Damar Co), and it will definitely not be the last time. He even pressure-washed areas that we had not talked about. Be's attention to detail sets him apart from other contractors we have used in the past.

Be was awesome! I called on Saturday and he was at my house to provide an estimate in 1 hr. He showed up today, 2 days after the estimate was provided, and completed the job. The new gate and fence repair are awesome! Be sent me pics throughout the process and made sure to get feedback when complete! Great Job Be!!

If there is an ideal, honest, reliable and true to his word professional contractor that would be Be Ayaash. I wish all contractors had the integrity of Be. He was so professional and truly knows his business. My fence couldn't be more beautiful and it was built to last. Many thanks to Be and his team. A great experience. They were the highest bid but I felt they were the best for the job and boy were they.

Be and his crew did a great job on the the fence and pressure washed the back deck. They removed a chain link fence from the sides and back of the yard and replaced it with approx. 160ft 6'6"ft cedar privacy fence. The job was completed in 2 days and it looks great. The neighbor even commented that the back side on his yard looks pretty. I will definitely use them on future projects.

Be and his team are absolutely incredible! Very professional, punctual, friendly, courteous, hard working and all about the satisfaction of the customer and perfection of the job completed. As a young first-time homeowner, getting the floors replaced through the entire house was a large and intimidating project. I had done my research and completed my first estimate, which came out to $8,000 for 1,100 sq. ft. of laminate install. I immediately became discouraged and postponed the project. After resettling my nerves and searching through Angie's List once more, I came across Damar Co. and was very pleased with the reviews and decided to have an estimate done. Be showed up for the estimate right when he said he would and gave me an estimate I couldn't refuse! He and his team arrived two weeks later (on time everyday!) to begin the project. We had some set backs that prolonged the project an extra day, such as pouring some concrete and dealing with the incompetence of home depot, but they were very patient and made sure everything was done right. Within five days, they had ripped up 1,100 sq. ft. of tile and carpet and installed our beautiful new floors. Since I am inexperienced in large home projects, I was nervous about getting scammed and being charged all kinds of extra fees, but Be gave me a locked-in price and the only thing that came out to extra was the concrete once the carpet was ripped up and we saw how damaged and cracked the foundation was. Damar Co. is very honest and truly cares about the customer; they did a wonderful job on our floors and I will continue to hire them for all of our home projects and refer them to everyone I know.

Be came out and gave us a quote. It was a little more than others we received but we had read the reviews about his work so we scheduled the job for the following week. Be and his crew arrived and worked continually until dark. There was a tree stump that was in the way and they offered to remove it rather than us losing some of the fence line. It was very hard to remove and delayed the job a few hours. The new fence and gate are beautiful and we are very pleased.

Came out on time and gave me a quote. Quote was better than others i had gotten and i liked his material selections better than the other guys. Had to delay due to rain, but got the entire job done in 1 day and insisted on coming out the next day to verify that the fence met his and my standards before receiving his final payment. Fence looks great and i am not worried about it falling down any time soon.

Excellent. Not only is the fence first-rate, when Be came by to address a minor issue, I told him the only problem I had was that my dog was digging under the gate. He told me that he had considered pouring what I can only describe as a threshold under the gate, and offered to do it for free. I included a picture of the threshold, along with the gates, which are extremely solidly constructed (they sound like a solid door when they close). Now I seriously have zero negative things to say.

I am very pleased with the quality off work performed. My neighbor behind me is also very satisfied. Mr Damar was always on time and returned my calls in a timely manner. He is genuinely concerned about my satisfaction of the work performed. He and his crew complete the work in 2 days.

Though Be's bid was the highest bid, I accepted it. I'm so glad I did. Be and his crew showed up when agreed and went to work. They tore down my old fence and replaced it with a new one. You talk about quality. Be uses all screws-no nails. Fantastic job. My bid called for 4X4 posts except on the ends. However, Be made the decision due to several factors in my situation to go with all 4X6's at no additional charge. Who does that today? Be and his crew were personable throughout the 4 days. They cleaned up thoroughly and Be even power-washed my driveway and sidewalks!

This was my second time to use Damar Company. The first was a new backyard fence and this time was remodeling two bathrooms. Damar was excellent on both. The floors were replaced with tile. Be couldn't have been nicer and more professional. The work started on time and completed in five days. I recommend Damar.
