 + -1 moreWE WORKED DIRECTLY WITH AL, WHO IS THE OWNER/OPERATOR OF CREATIVE PATIOS. AL WAS ALWAYS EASY TO REACH; HE PICKED UP THE PHONE NEARLY EVERY TIME WE CALLED HIM. WHEN WE DID HAVE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL, AL RETURNED OUR MESSAGE PROMPTLY. HE WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT SUGGESTING ADDITIONAL, SEEMINGLY MINOR THINGS (LIKE SOME EXTRA SKIRTING IN ONE PLACE, OR REPLACING A BIT OF TRIM IN ANOTHER PLACE), THAT REALLY ENDED UP MAKING THE DECK LOOK GREAT. OVERALL, WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH AL. HE IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, HE IS REASONABLE AND PATIENT WITH REQUESTS AND CHANGES TO PLANS, AND CLEARLY TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK. I NOW HAVE A BEAUTIFUL AND VERY SOLID DECK THAT MY 15 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER CAN BE SAFE RUNNING AROUND ON, AND MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
Description of Work: AL AND CREATIVE PATIOS TORE OUT OUR OLD DECK, WHICH WAS SPLINTERING AND WARPING, AND HAD NAILS POPPING OUT. THEY BUILT A NEW DECK FOR US OUT OF COMPOSITE DECKING MATERIAL.
