I have been costco customer for many years now. This costco location is very good. They have some very good and courteous staff at this location. The cashiers at the registers are very helpful and they even load your cart while you are finishing the payment at the registers. Costco customer service is very well known all over and this location is not any different. Overall great place for shopping and great customer service.

I don't know anything about them other than they are cheaper than anybody else. I have been using them for about year.  It is a big store.

My wife purchased a large Christmas tree (9 ft), at Costco off of 249 on Gessner Rd. The guy carried the tree out for my wife, and leaned it our Suburban and turned to leave. My wife has an obvious limp and drop-foot, due to three reconstructive surgeries on her knee. In addition to this she has scoliosis, so cannot bend her back.... she is not in good condition.
She asked that he load the tree for her, and he shoved it on top of the Suburban for her . She asked if he could tie it down for her, and that she had some rope that he could use. He said no, because it was policy. She asked to speak to the manager to see if they could make an exception. The manager came out and told my wife the same thing. She explained her physical issues to the manager, who only replied to my wife that and quot;we can't help you.and quot; And he promptly turned around and walked off, taking the young guy with him, without another word.
My wife had to tie it down herself (which she should not have done). The tree was not something she could get off of the Suburban because of the weight, and she was blocking traffic. So she did the best she could do to tie it down.
I understand policy has to be kept in place, but there should be exceptions so that your customers do not endanger themselves. I emailed the corporate office, expressing my disappointment, after having spent so much money there over the years. They sent a reply back that the manager had to follow policy. Such nice people. They may have good prices but with people like that running the place, I will never shop there again, nor will I renew my membership.
All in all, a really stinky experience.

Shopping Costco is a good experience. Good selection, good quality produce and breads. Wish it were closer to home.

The ability of the hearing center to keep on schedule is only fair. I had an appointment and had to re-schedule for another day because the system was down. The system is necessary to test and adjust hearing appliances. The reason for the delay and subsequent rescheduling was not forthcoming until I insisted on knowing more about the time line and probability of system repairs. I was not able to get a new appointment for another two weeks! Very inconvenient. The staff was lacking in concern for customers time and inconvenience. Maybe the new Costco in Katy TX (Dec 2013) will have a more professional staff in that hearing center.
The eye glass center is another kettle of fish. There is a complete lack of queuing for service. It is whoever gets the attention of the person behind the counter. Also, information about products (frames, lenses) is minimal. I will continue to go to Lenscrafters for my eyeglasses.

I received a phone call from the Hearing Aid specialist at the Gessner Road Costco store informing me that she had received approval to give me a 50% discount on replacement hearing aids and that a new hearing test would also be provided. I when in that same day and had the testing performed and ordered my new (and hopefully better) aids at 50% off. Very pleased.

They have good price and are quick.

I have been their customer for over ten years and I have recommended them to friends and family. They are my favorite store.

Nothing has happened to the TV. They got me my TV, we paid for it and left. They did what they were supposed to do.

My experience has been good. The price is very good and so is the quality. It is worth to by things in a bulk.

I go to Costco a lot. It is at top. They are very attentive. They get me what I need. The stores are organized and care about the people. I just really like Costco. I am close to them so I don't spend a whole bunch at one time. I looked at several places too and I compared the prices. I wanted a very firm mattress and it was there. I would recommend them to my family and friends. The mattress was in a box and they got it to the car. They are very punctual.

As expected. Medications were ready at time promised on phone.

They are very confident. They are somebody I use over and over.
