I really liked the way my carpet looked after the cleaning . He was a very nice person.

These guys are great, they were able to come out in 24 hours to do a full home carpet cleaning before closing on the sale of my home. Amazing job and awesome people! Absolutely will re-hire Coop's in the future.

Showed up on time. Quoted price of $200. to vacuum up carpet from leaking waterbed. I agreed, He vacuumed for 35 minutes then Stated if I wanted it completed it would be $600. more Claimed he sprayed disinfectant, $100. value, according to him was gone in 5 minutes. What a rip off! I could still splash water on the carpet!

Showed up on time and worked quickly but VERY thoroughly! Did an UNBELIEVABLE job and the entire house even smells much cleaner. The carpet really needed this and I will re-hire this company again!

Mr. Coop was on time, fast, thorough, extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. He did an amazing job cleaning my AC vents that had mold and shampooing my carpets! he was so much lower than the big chains and was honest about the work he needed to perform! i HIGHLY recommend!!

Ken came out on a Sunday, the morning after I submitted my request. He worked with us on price and identifying the correct cleaners for 7 wool and wool/blend rugs. Ken was prompt and efficient.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided. I was moving and they were able to accommodate my booking the same day. The price change a bit but that was bc I had more stairs. I would 100% recommend them or use them again! My carpet looks so much better!

I was happy with cost of service and the initial hiring process. The tech arrived on time and was pleasant. Unfortunately, he left a lot of water on the tile floor next to the carpet, and I had to ask him to clean it up. 8+ hours later, there were areas of carpet still very wet, and I called Coop to let him know I was unhappy about it. He said that the tech would call in the morning to arrange to come back and suck up the very wet areas. Tech never called, and Coop did not follow up. It took another full day for those areas to dry. Sorry Coop. I really wanted to be happy with your service.
