5 bedrooms of carpet I paid for and a big closet only to come home and it looks like it never was cleaned. He suggested I pay him upfront when no one was home. I asked him to send before and after pictures and he sent pics of one section of the rug that was cleaned and the majority of it was still dirty. THIS MAN IS A COMPLETE FRAUD AND SCAM. I GAVE NO IDEA HOW HE GOT THESE REVIEWS ON THIS WEBSITE BUT CHECK ANOTHER WEBSITE AND YOU WILL SEE. I bought a deep cleaner to clean the rug myself and there was pet hair on the entire rug of all bedrooms.

Cooper cleaned a rug in the bathroom that just needed cleaning. No major issues or stains. Once the rug dried there were yellow patches of stain all over the rug. I called him to share what had happened. He came back and used what he called anti-yellow chemicals. Once the rug dried the stains were 3-4 times larger! I called another professional rug cleaner referred by a friend and he came out to look at the damage. He said the first mistake was that rugs need to be hand washed and Cooper should have never tried to clean the rug in the house. The $800 rug is completely ruined!!! We asked for our money back and he hung up. He also is not very professional. He was sloppy with his equipment in my house.

I had cat urine in my carpet and submit a request for quotes. Coop was absolutely amazing, quick and provide excellent customer service. I put in the request late last night and he called first thing in the morning and set. Hw came right after the call and did an amazing job. Very personable, with a positive, energetic persona. Would definitely recommend and plan to use him in the future.
