Coop's Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

Coop knows his business. He is courteous, friendly, efficient, and delivers what he promises. He did an excellent job on cleaning the carpets in our house. I highly recommend him.

Excellent!

Pros: They talk English Were on time and provided quote (after taking registers down). Cons: Over priced to start with, then (as mentioned in other reviews) price more than tripled due to mold on one of the registers. Paid the extra price, Looked at the air intake after they had "brushed and vacuumed", asked them to redue it as there was still debris on the walls. Even after second cleaning, it was still there. They do not use a positive pressure system; essentially a high dollar shop vac with an internal brush. Icing on the cake; where Coop cleaned the registers in the driveway, an ~hour after cleaning there was still a puddle of "water". Wash it down with a water hose and what ever they used had eroded and easy 1/8" of concrete causing a low spot in the drive way. Coop claimed it was just bleach; however I've never seen concrete eat up from bleach. Point being: use another contractor - cheaper pricing and better service (positve-pressure system).

Coop’s Carpet did an awesome job on my carpet! I am very pleased with the results! He is such a nice man and has an awesome personality. The price was very reasonable too. Call him you will not be disappointed at all.

Coops did an excellent job on our carpet. He explained in detail what he was going to do and gave us several options on what we could have done. The carpet is at least 20 years old It looks brand new. The owner is very personable and talkative. He was accompanied by his son. They gave an estimate before starting and the price was exact. He also gave a free quote on other work that we needed to have done. we hired him the following week to clean the vents and remove mold from the vents. Could not imagine how clean the house smells now. You will not be disappointed if you use this company.

Mr Coop was very professional and thorough on explaining and showing me the process of cleaning the vents and ducts. I m very satisfied with his work and experience. He also gave me a few recommendations in regards to the filters for my AC and would strongly recommend his services.

If you re looking for a simple cleaning rug/carpet job done. Coop s can get the job done.

My carpet looked new again!

Cooper is a good guy and walked me through the carpet cleaning process. He told me beforehand that my carpets were extremely dirty and would need more work/$. I think he tried to be fair, but I do not think the end results would have been different had I not gotten a deep clean ($110 more). I expected more attention to problem area spots, but he treated the whole carpet the same -- could be a good or bad thing. I did not find it worth it to contact him afterward to redo any services. If your carpets are fairly clean and you want them to be extra clean, Coopers services will be just fine.
