We were not at all satisfied with this system or their service. They did not do the best job at all. We had so much trouble with it. We called to tell them we were not happy but no one would return our calls. My husband left about ten messages with no response. We even asked for the plans for the system so my husband could fix it, but they would not respond to that request either. My husband ended up replacing almost all the heads. This service was included in our purchase price but I wish we would have just hired another company ourselves.

It was getting hard for us to water our yard all of the time so we used this company to install a new sprinkler system on our property. They had it installed very quickly. We are getting a lot of use out of the new system they installed. They were very polite and treated us with great respect. We were very happy that they had left us no mess to clean up as well.

My sprinkler system is just beautiful. Everything is going good with it and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it at all. The builder had done all of the hiring and payments for this job. I thought the estimate of the system was very good. I believe that I would hire them on a personal level myself because they just seemed to be really professional. I have no complaints at all about anything.

We love having the new irrigation system. We have had plenty of use from it with no noticeable problems. We were very pleased with the respect we were shown by the people from this company. They did a follow up call after we had moved in to make sure we knew how to use it. They even offered to have someone come out at no charge to us to give us a lesson on the new system. The actual price was all in the price of the home, so I can't really say how much it cost. Everyone treated us right.

Choate Irrigation answered my call promptly and followed up readily with an estimate and installation. Their prices were quite reasonable, and they explained the sections, stations, and the many advantages. The installation was scheduled as soon as a day was available, and the landscapers were on time. They buried the pipes under the sidewalk, removed patches of grass, and put the patches back when they were finished. They did an excellent job and left the yard in tiptop condition.
