It was a good value for the money. They were very responsive and had good communication. The cleanup was good and the work looks great. They adhered pretty closely to the timeline that they gave us.

The actual renovation of the bathroom went like a typical reno project. There were some delays and misunderstandings but overall the final result was quite nice. It took longer than expected by about ten days and there were days when nothing happened which was a little frustrating but not unexpected. Not all delays were their fault. Waiting for inspections, etc. The end result was very nice and I am very pleased with it. I got a few bids for the work and Capmire was competitive. I gave them an A on price not because they were the cheapest but all the bids were within about $300 so price became a non-issue for me. The bid was detailed and the final numbers, with changes etc., came in within a few hundred dollars. Actually a little less due to canceling some of the things in the initial bid. I received the refund check quickly too. Finally, I liked the idea of working with two young guys who happen to be brothers and came across as very conscientious about building their business. The bathroom remodel was to convert an old bathroom into a handicapped shower/bathroom for my elderly parents. The end product not only addressed the safety needs but also created a beautiful bathroom that does not look like a handicapped bathroom at all. It is very modern, clean lines and safe. I was going to use them for some additional work and received a bid but due to some of the changes I wanted, Casey asked me to get with Cameron about getting a new bid. Cameron said Casey had given me a bid and so it went?..Probably not a big enough job to be bothered with since the housing and renovation market is booming right now in Houston. That's fine but just wanted to have them tell me they weren't interested as opposed to the back and forth. Also had a couple of problems with trash pick up but it was ultimately resolved. Their work is very good and the final outcome was very nice. I may still try to use them in the future but I do think they need more help.
Description of Work: Tore out old bathtub and tile, replaced with walk-in shower, installed new toilet, replaced kitchenette tile and utility room tile. Painted garage apartment.

Thank you for the review!!! I just wanted you to know, we never said we didn't want the additional work. On the contrary, we did want to help you out. I would never tell a client we will get them a bid and then avoid them. On 12/8/14 I asked if you would like for me to come out I would, but I never got a response back, or I would have offered a bid for you with no problems. We enjoyed working for you, so there would be no reason for us not to want to work with you again. If we don't want the work or its not something we do, we will tell you I assure you. I don't know where the communication broke down on that, but I promise I will look in to it. If you would still like us to come and rebid for your work, please let us know and we will gladly come out. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you again for the work and taking the time to post a review for us!

The estimate was higher than I expected, especially for the kitchen since it was only to re-finish 13 doors & 7 drawers and re-build 2 doors. I appreciate how detailed the estimate is because it allowed me to identify areas that I could do myself to save some money. All of the estimates I've received have been higher than expected so I realize now that I need more savings. The project will move forward in the future.
Description of Work: I contacted them because they have wonderful reviews on Angie's List and I'm in desperate need to have my master bath remodeled and to re-finish the kitchen cabinets. I believe it was Cameron that came out to give the estimate. He's a very nice gentleman and he promised he would have an estimate to me the following week. Although my original review stated that I did not receive an estimate, Cameron provided proof that showed he did send it, so evidently it went to my junk folder and I did not notice. I'm satisfied now although the projects are on hold due to financials.

This was our first major renovation in our fairly new (2008) house. After getting several estimates done, Cameron at Capmire came back with (by far) the best cost estimate and seemed to "get" what our vision was for the space. For those folks complaining about the difficulty in getting someone to come by for a consultation, give them a break - these are just two guys! The bigger home/bath/kitchen remodel shops have a dedicated sales team that can come by at 7pm, but it was not a big deal to shuffle our schedule for ONE morning to be able to meet Cameron to come out and get what he needed to provide an estimate. The work took about 3 weeks to complete, and everything basically followed the original schedule - we had maybe a two-day slip, and I think one of those days was due to availability of a city inspector. The demo/framing guys did a good job of prepping the house/traffic area and keeping overall disruption to a minimum, and that's quite a feat considering there was often a napping baby to content with! All of the subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, tile, framing, etc) that I had contact with were very professional and definitely worked "with a purpose"! Casey was good about checking in, usually daily, to see how progress was going or get any feedback from me (I was staying home with the baby at the time), and all of the starting/stopping hours each day were very reasonable. Casey was pretty quick to respond to issues/questions as they came up and gave quick/accurate cost estimates when it came to changes that were out of scope of the original estimate (which was not frequent). The longest we had to wait for a response on anything was maybe 48 hours, but most of the time the flow of communication happened much faster. In terms of cost; Capmire was great about understanding what our budget was and my wife and I were pretty shocked that the total cost actually came in slightly UNDER the initial estimate! That was a nice surprise. Cameron and Casey were very helpful early on with regard to the decisions we could make in terms of materials, layout, etc. that would really be significant cost drivers. In the end, we were able to make informed decisions and there was absolutely no sticker shock anywhere in the process. And the initial estimate that we got was very clear and comprehensive; very different from some of the other contractors we talked to that basically came back with, "$20K, take it or leave it!" I'd really have to reach to find any negatives. I guess the one thing that sort of surprised me was the number of little design decisions that were made "on the fly"... I have no doubt that things would have worked out great in the end even if I hadn't have been home the whole time, but I guess there may have been more phone calls, work halts, etc. if that were the case. I understand that for the price point, it's not really feasible for Cameron to sit down and do a big 3D rendered drawing of the plan. I guess if I were to do this again, I'd have some more of the design details written down and some sketches done as a reference. But this was more of a learning experience for me than a true strike against Casey and Cameron. Overall, I'd definitely use Capmire again and would refer them to anyone else in our area. We are VERY happy with the finished product. There is definitely a high level of workmanship and the new bathroom area is definitely an improvement over the original builder's effort.
Description of Work: Tore out existing tub/shower area down to the studs, replaced moisture-damaged subfloor, and re-built one big "wet area" with enlarged shower and re-configured undermount tub. Replaced all tile/glass/tub/fixtures with new.

Arranging for a quote and getting the work scheduled went well. They were able to squeeze original scope of work into their schedule with a couple weeks to spare before we had our first child. We decided to try a different contractor for this round of renovations and ultimately think that our last contractor would have been better. This contractor did not seem to anticipate problems and engage me throughout as much as I expected. We just reviewed the work on our own and were left to report issues to our project manager (PM) at the end of the day via phone/email. Also our PM was much more defensive or full of excuses than he should have been. Take the complaints and promise to do better. My wife and I did discuss all of this in a post-mortem meeting I arranged with both Casey and Cameron. I didn't expect much out of the meeting but somehow still walked away a little disappointed. Some specific complaints: - Though promised, did not provide an updated schedule for us on a weekly basis. To be fair, didn't complain about this until the end. But it was promised up front and not delivered. - One toilet that was replaced is not level. The toilet before was level. They've provided explanations why on several occassions but I still don't understand why I'm now stuck with it. If it was some condition of my house that led to this, then I expect that they should have foreseen it and discussed with me before it became too late to do anything about it. I discovered the problem on my own. It is very obvious that it is not level. - I expected higher quality in the tile work. It wasn't bad but just below expectations. - Counter top subcontractor had to come back three times to straighten sinks that were not installed straight. An obvious problem that the subcontractor should not have made initially and our PM/lead from Capmire should have caught. - After a faucet was removed a leaking supply line was left dripping into a bucket. While using water downstairs in the kitchen the dripping increased enough that it started to overflow the bucket and leak downstairs into my kitchen. When I called the PM around 8PM to let him know, he was not very helpful. I found a quick solution on my own to connect a supply line and redirect it down the drain pipe. I think this situation was easily preventable and the PM could have been much more helpful when I called. Very poorly handled. - A shower niche was installed on an exterior wall and the screws were drilled through my exterior siding. Its just unbelievable to me that a competent worker would make such a ridiculous error. In general when you hire a contractor to manage several tasks Plumbing, Electrical, Tiling, Countertops, etc you expect that the contractor will take great responsibility to see that it is done right the first time and that potential problems will be communicated and discussed with you. This was not adequately performed by our contractor on our job. I'm a very handy person and have personally performed several home renovation projects (usually smaller in scale than this). Also I have my previous renovation project as a reference ($50k kitchen/master bath/flooring remodel) so I'm a very knowledgeable and have a good frame of reference. I give a C because some non-minor issues were clearly never resolved and some issues took too many attempts to fix and too many obvious issues were left for me to discover and report and quality of work in a few areas was merely acceptable. This left me wondering what the contractor was doing for us other than scheduling guys to show up and letting them in my house.
Description of Work: Surface renovation of 2 jack and jill bathrooms. Replaced wall and floor tile, 2 toilets, 5 faucet fixtures, 2 shower/tub fixtures, moved lighting and installed new fixtures and repaired drywall. Bulk of work was completed in about 3 weeks. Some add'l work was finished later but that was because we took longer to select lighting fixtures than anticipated. Not the fault of the contractor.

We do thank you for posting a review. We do hate that you are unhappy with us though. This is kind of seems out of the blue, we thought you were happy in the end. We really tried our best to please you guys in every way we could, and worked very hard to complete for you before your baby was due. I am glad at least we met that goal for you. Am I going to say that not a single mistake was made at your place? No. Are we as bad as you are making us look? Definitely not. I was told this as a kid and still say to this day, "every man makes mistakes. its how you go about correcting your mistakes that sets you apart from others." It is a true statement and fits well in this situation. We made a few minor, and they were minor lets be honest, mistakes at your place, and we fixed them all. Nothing was left undone that you were unhappy with. Not 1 item. We addressed every item that you had an issue with, and corrected them as promptly as we were allowed. We did everything we could think of for you guys. I am sorry that it was so difficult to make you guys happy in the end and that our goal was not met with a satisfied client. We do appreciate the work you gave us and do wish you rethink your evaluation of us in the future. We are an honest company and a company of 2 brothers who do care about what you think. We wish you all the best with you new baby and future family together.

I never got a phone message from you, so there is no way for me to know if you called me or not. I don't feel like that comment is fair to be honest. Also, Our website states to allow us 48 hours to respond to requests. It is clearly stated just above where you fill out our form on our contact page. It has not been 48 hours yet I am afraid. I wish you would have given me the time I needed to get to your request before posting an F, which we clearly do not deserve if you knew us. You are allowed your opinion though. Normally I am able to get to all requests within 24 hours, but we had a TON of requests come in this week, and it takes me time to get to all of them. I would have responded to you today actually, cause you were on my list for this morning. It is just my brother and I, we are not a big company. You contacted the right company, you just didn't give us time to get back to you unfortunately. Best of luck...

This company is, by far, one of the most professional companies I have worked with throughout our bidding process. We decided not to remodel, in the end, but this company was one of our top choices because Cameron was helpful, punctual, and professional. He also communicated well via email and phone. I appreciated all the input he offered.

I hired Capmire Projects based on the company's Angie's List reviews. They re-tiled the bathrooms in my house and replaced the glass shower door and window in my master bathroom. Frankly, I couldn't be more pleased. The results are actually better than I'd envisioned. From start to finish, I was impressed with Capmire's integrity, helpfulness, commitment to quality workmanship, and dependability. Cameron and Casey carefully listened to my needs and answered my questions. A reasonable quote for the jobs was generated within a couple of days of my initial meeting with Casey. After that, sensible work schedules were drawn up by Casey and maintained by his crews. My personal property was respected at all times; ample dust and foot traffic protection was used at all times. Capmire's subs were always respectful, hard-working, and committed to quality work. In the end, I have two bathrooms that look fantastic and I recommend Capmire to anyone who's interested in having interior remodeling performed. Believe the reviews: Capmire is committed to excellence and I would hire them again in an instant. I'm thrilled that my fellow Angie's List members helped me to connect with Capmire. Hire them with confidence... they do exceptional work!

I love the end result. They did an excellent job, were always professional, and finiished ahead of schedule. I will say that having regularly scheduled status meetings - to review what would happen over the next week and to make sure that all necessary steps have been taken/items have been purchased - would have been beneficial.

Hi, thank you for the review. Sorry I could not respond sooner. Been having server issues, they are repaired now. Thank you for the bit of advice. We do try and keep clients informed every week about progress status by issuing them a 2 week look ahead schedule every Friday. Also our start to finish schedule we provide to you at the beginning. If there is more we can do, I will discuss it with Casey and see if there was a breakdown somehow during your project, or maybe think of better ways to improve on that in the future. We have never had that issue come up before by any clients, so we will have a look in to it. Thanks for the feedback. Thanks for the work! All the best, and take care!

After getting several bids, we decided to go with Capmire Projects, and are delighted with our wonderfully improved home. The kitchen came out even better that we had imagined. And after 24 years of dreaming about it, that's saying alot. The kitchen cabinets are outstanding. We truly got high end custom built cabinetry with the kind of small thoughtful touches that really make the difference between store bought and custom made. The master bathroom can out just as amazing. The tile crew thought enough to point out flawed tiles that we had purchased (almost half) rather than just using what was in front of them. We were able to return the flawed portion and replace with good tiles. Because of that kind of attention to detail we have a beautiful bathroom. Casey was such a pleasure to work with and made the process as painless as possible. Due to the age of our home (1920), we did encounter several issues (bad plumbing, rotten flooring, bad squirrels), but everything was addressed in a timely manner and are no longer future problems. Casey's attention and quick response to our sometimes neurotic concerns revealed him to be patient and understanding. We also worked with Cameron towards the end of our project, and found him to be just as helpful and capable as Casey. He helped to get our project essentially completed for a family gathering on Easter. When they finished burying our power lines earlier this week, our project was complete. We can't say enough about the great work they did and how they really did exceed our expectations. We have already recommended them to several people, as they are refreshingly honorable. They stuck to their bid, gave us credits where due, and even did some minor repairs at no charge. Any overages were just unforeseen issues that came up as the project progressed, and with a house as old as ours, there's always something. We can honestly say that we will not miss the process but will definitely miss the people. We now have a beautiful home to enjoy for many years to come. So in the end, we went from crappy to happy! Thanks Capmire!!

Overall we are very pleased with the work Capmire Projects performed on our house. They were very responsive to our requests, showed up everyday, were respectful of our property, and picked up after themselves on a daily basis. Capmire projects was willing to use the products we wanted and do the extra "overboard" things that we requested. We appreciated them doing the little things like adding a moisture barrier around the entire bathroom, using mold resistant paints, epoxy grout, etc. The few issues that we did have were quickly remedied after we brought them to the crews attention. They were willing to add on a few items that we had not anticipated when the project began and turn out a great product when all things were completed. Were they the cheapest company? No. But the price was Fair and the value was there . Sure you can go with a less expensive bid and deal with quality concerns for years to come. Or you can hire Capmire projects, as we did, and not worry about a thing.

Hi, Our hours "in your area" are Mon-Wed, & Fridays 10am-2pm for appointments. Our latest appointments we ever schedule are at 4pm. We have to get back to lock up our houses and talk to our current clients at the end of each day. Our meeting hours are set up that way to protect our current clients and to keep us close by in the most crucial hours of the day (early morning and late afternoon). Our current clients understand this and appreciate this, cause it helps us pay better attention to their remodels and keeps us close by. That is the most important thing we believe. If we don't work a good jobsite for you, then what kind of company are we? Not a good one. It is not a matter of we were not willing to accommodate you, it is a simple matter of what our hours are. If we accommodate you outside of our hours, then it is not fair to all the other people who were asking the same thing of us. Or it wont be fair to our current client we could not meet with at the end of the day because we were trying to chase another job after them. That is not fair to them. We understand that you work, as all or most of our clients do. Yet there is a reason our hours are the way they are. Until we are able to hire strictly a sales person to cover ONLY estimating, these hours wont change anytime soon. It has worked very well over the years to help us maintain a stable jobsite for our clients. We are very sorry you were not able to meet within our hours. All we can do is set ourselves up the best we can to run the best remodels we can for people. You MUST keep a close watch on remodels. If you don't, something WILL go wrong. When you hire us, you will appreciate that attention we provide to you, we promise. Our hours are in place for a very good reason, not to be annoying, but to protect you, our client. Nothing else is more important.

We solicited three contractor bids and we considered all three qualified. While Capmire was price competitive, it was not the lowest cost bidder. Other factors influenced our decision to select them. First, the project evaluation and bidding process, managed by Cameron Capps, was done very professionally and the written proposal we received was the clearest and most detailed. Also, Cameron's description of how Capmire would perform various project tasks gave us confidence that Capmire has high standards and that we would be satisfied with the completed project. Once we selected Capmire, the contract negotiation, and pre-project planning occurred quickly and efficiently and a project start date and construction schedule was finalized. We were given a complete list of purchases and decisions that we were responsible for and timelines for each. Once construction began, Casey Capps assumed project responsibility and was on-site most days and every time their was a key installation or decision to be made. His crew, led by Leo, were respectful, neat and as quiet as possible. They did a particularly good job of sealing off the rest of the house from dust, and cleaning the worksite after each days work. The project was completed on time in about seven weeks. We had two reasonable change orders due to a combination of additional work and expense that could not have been foreseen at contract signing. Overall, our experience with Capmire has been excellent and exceeded our expectations. On those occasions when we raised a project question our expressed concern, Casey immediately addressed them to our complete satisfaction. In fact, Casey's commitment to frequent and timely communication contributed greatly to our satisfaction both during construction and with the final result. We are very pleased with our new master bathroom and we would enthusiastically recommend Capmire Projects to others.

This is my wife and I's first home, and this was our first contractor experience. Having heard a lot of nightmare stories with contractors from friends and family, it was something we were certainly nervous about pulling the trigger on. We got three bids, two were references and one was from Angie's List (Capmire). The lowest bid was about 20k lower, but I felt it wasn't detailed enough and had me concerned that this contractor didn't know enough about the project to give a valid estimate. I also had concerns about how well the cabinets would be with this one. The third one (highest bid) was about 20k more than Capmire, but I the work they had done in the Heights had a similar style to what we were looking for. Ultimately, we went with the middle bid in Capmire because of the reviews on Angie's List, the detail that was put into the bid, and the fact that we felt they had done many similar projects (older homes, transitional type style). Additionally, my wife and I were trying to get the project done relatively quickly before the birth of our first child. Overall, we were very happy how it turned out. Here's a few reasons why they were great: -Good about communicating status of project -Was sensitive to keeping the change requests to a minimum -Very responsive if we felt some things were not right in the change request or in the work being done -Had a feel for the design/style we were looking for, so provided some good suggestions when we were uncertain about some things -Finished the project pretty much on time (it went a little over, but there were some things out of their control that caused that). -Cabinets were excellent, just like we envisioned. -Everything looks fantastic. We absolutely love it. Other things to note, including info on subs: -Make sure you get as much detail as you can on the bid and review any change orders. They are pretty good about detailing the bid, but if there's any uncertainty in anything on the bid (or certain line items need to get spelled out as far as what they cover), make sure you get clarity. This will help later if there are any change requests. There were a few items that were included as part of a change request, that were on the original bid. Casey was quick to fix them, so I don't think at all this was intentional. Again, more of a recommendation to any homeowner because I think this is probably fairly common with any contractor. -Their cabinet guys were absolutely great, and definitely came through, but there were a few hiccups I was concerned about as it related to the appliances we had purchased. For instance, the vent hood was an under mount, but they had built the cabinets assuming that it had a stainless steel decorative exterior. After all the cabinets were done, this was then realized and the concern was either having to significant rework on the cabinets or getting a new vent hood. The latter wasn't an option because it was an $800 vent hood and not returnable. The guys came through though and managed to fix it and made it look great. So, I can't really fault them too bad because they made it right and everything turned out fantastic. -The electrical guys had a good amount of work to do in this house with some older wiring, but managed to get it all done by updating our breaker box and upgrading a lot of outlets/switches. I did have to get them to come out a few times after the job was technically completed, but they managed to get everything right. -The plumbers also had to come out a few times after the project was completed to fix a few leaky pipes under the sink, but we haven't had any problems since. They too had a good amount of work, but did a good job. Overall, I was very happy with Casey and Cameron, and would absolutely use them again for another project.
Description of Work: -Complete remodel of kitchen (required expanding to takeover a closet and removing an old chimney). -Remodeled bathroom. Required adding two new sinks (previously one), moving toilet, adding vent. -Opened up dining room (added header). -Walled off one room. -Updated electrical throughout home. -Finished hardwood floors. -Created a master bedroom closet. -Approximate cost of service above excluded appliances, fixtures and hardware (purchased separately(

What a great and detailed review! Thank you so much for taking the time to do that. I know it takes some time to do that, and we greatly appreciate it. Wow, what a turn around from before and after. You guys made great selections, and kept the style in the era of the home, which we love. Your project was definitely a rewarding one from start to finish. Seeing that drastic of a transformation is what keeps us loving what we do for people. We are so glad you are happy with your new home. Thank you again for trusting us to work with you, it was our pleasure!!! All the best, Casey & Cameron

If this company can't even set up appointments in a timely matter, how would they be able to remodel a home? It took the "appointment setter" over a week of emails to try and set up an appointment. He/She never did give me a date and time. When I asked for a simple phone call that would speed up the process, the "appointment setter" said that they could no longer help me with my project. Well, if they can't handle feedback on how they set appointments, how are they going to take feedback when you are unsatisfied with a part of your remodel work? I'm glad that I saw how unprofessional this company really is from the beginning. I look forward to NOT ever working with them.

We believe our reviews speak for themselves, and our current and past clients know the truth about my brother and I and the kind of people and company we are. Although we wish the review posted on us was accurate, she has the right. If any other future people reading this would like to speak to us more about this review, we will be more than happy to comment further. We are great people to work with. I wish you could please everyone, we really try. It is unfortunate.

Sorry we did not return your calls, but I have been away from the office for some time. Our message when you call us clearly states that you must contact us through our website at the moment. I have not been around much during the last few weeks, for serious personal reasons. Also, we do not perform spa removal type of jobs. We do full scale kitchen/bath remodels, additions, and custom homes. I am sorry that you felt the need to give us a failing grade. Our phone message still right now says you must contact us through our contact page on our website. Had you contacted us through our website as we have directed people to do in our message, someone would have responded to you. Sorry if we upset you, just dont know what else to do when I am gone. It is just my brother and myself, we are not a big company and dont have an office administrator to answer all calls. Best of luck to you

Overall we were very happy with the work done. The project was a big one and issues definitely did come up. The difference was that Casey (Onsite Project Manager) was there to handle all the issues and make sure that they were taken care of. There was always work being done onsite which meant that the project was completed on time and very close to budget. Most of the trades were of high quality and the work done to a high standard. I began to joke with my wife whether Casey had moved into our yard because every time I went outside Casey was out there on the phone coordinating various trades, council inspectors, etc. We received weekly updates as to what work would be performed and these were supplemented with regular walk-throughs between Casey and us. We were also given a payment schedule so we knew when payments were due throughout the project. As an example of how accommodating Capmire are to work with: When I was away on business, and my wife was home alone, Casey called her every day to notify her of which trades will be onsite and when to expect them. It's that attention to our needs that was very much appreciated. They even went to the trouble of getting our 10yo and 6yo their own (Pink) Capmire shirts which have their names on them. It was a very nice touch which our kids loved! Our 6yo even commented that she can now go work in construction now that she has the shirt. We would happily recommend and use Capmire in the future.
Description of Work: Complete Renovation of existing kitchen (flooring, site-built custom cabinetry, plumbing, electrics (new fuse box), new A/C unit). Addition of new 4th bedroom and guest bathroom including pouring new slab, integrating with our existing roof line, etc.

Overall we are extremely happy with Capmire, they are very professional, provide a day by day schedule (although the tile we picked was 4 days delayed so the schedule got off). The subcontractors they have for the tile were extremely good and did an excellent job. They finished in 2 days (2 long days, they asked if they could stay late to finish) instead of the 4 or 5 that was on the original schedule. Their price was very competitive, they were much cheaper compared to other companies we received quotes from and they were honest about certain things we asked them to do, such as putting frames around the mirrors (they told us that we could get new mirrors cheaper than what they could do it for). They had no issues with change items that we requested. They were very quick to respond with any issues/questions we had and resolved them quickly. I did not feel like I had to worry about anyone being in my house as they put a lockbox on the door and only a couple of the main sub contractors they hire had the code. The only feedback would be to provide an updated schedule or let the homeowner know daily what will be done/who will be in the house. Very happy with the work done and highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.
Description of Work: We had Capmire come in to completely rip out the master shower and rebuild from the studs, paint three bathrooms, patch some drywall, and put in light fixtures and bath fixtures and repaint/reseal the grout on the floor in the master bath.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate you sending one so quick. The feedback always helps us get better. We do offer all clients a new complete revised/updated weekly schedule every single week to inform you of what and who is going to be in your home the following week. If people check that schedule daily, they will easily know exactly what work is going on for the following week and what days. It has always worked well for all our clients, so any other info on how this might not have worked for you specifically would be helpful. We contact all our clients every day, and provide emails/texts/phone calls to also give them reminders of what is to come. Casey and I will talk on the matter and see what we may have done better or can do better for the future. Ultimately, our goal is communication, quality, honesty, and to leave you happy for years to come, so we at least hope that you will enjoy your remodel for many many years and tell many friends/family about us! Thank you again for everything, and have a great Holiday Season to come if we dont hear from you before then. All the best!

Both Cameron and Casey were very pleasant to work with. They obviously have plenty of jobs going on but I will willing to wait a few weeks to meet with them and finalize the contract. They both made a real effort to communicate concerning preparation for the project and progress of the renovation. Whenever minor issues came up, Casey was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. He was also helpful with design decisions. I was especially impressed with the fact that the project was finished ahead of schedule. The end result speaks for itself. When I show before and after pictures to friends, the response is always the same: "Wow!"

I contaced Campire to provide an estimate for a master bedroom suite addition to my home. I received a response right away and was set-up with an appointment within a couple of days. Cameron came out and spoke with us about our project, took some pictures and answered a ton of questions. He was very patient and professional. He explained that if we used Capmire, that the planning process would take several weeks, as they like to layout the entire scope of work and talk about all the details before any work is done. This was quite different than others I've spoken to. As promised, Cameron sent a bid over a week later. It was very detailed and thorough, but unfortunately out of our price range. I would have loved to work with this company, as they seem super organized and knowledgeable.

Bid was very detailed and helpful, but out of my price range. If I had more funds available, I would have had no concerns about working with Cameron and everyone else at Capmire.

I had a leaking shower, and got three bids on tearing it out and rebuilding it. Capmire did not have the lowest bid, but they were the most professional in the bidding process and I had confidence that they would do what they said they would do. The job had lots of people working on it, and Casey did an excellent job of supervising and making sure things were going well. At one point I offered to go to the tile store to switch out some tiles, and Casey said, "No, you won't be going. That's what you are paying me for." Even the city inspector complemented the work and said that, although he could not recommend particular contractors, Capmire Projects consistently did excellent work. I never had to worry about staying around for anyone working on it, because they had a locked key on my door. I had complete confidence that I could trust everyone in my house while I was gone, and that made the process so much easier to deal with. Now that I've used this company I can see why their reviews are so good.
