Bruno Concrete

Bruno Concrete is a company that will promise you the best work ever and once money has changed hands, will become a magician and disappear.  What work he did was horrible and he stopped halfway through the project and paid in full.  This man is a THEIF!

They were fairly prompt in doing the work but it has been a nightmare to get Bruno out here to look at the problems. I have call logs going back to January trying to get him to repair it. recently, he told me on 5 different occasions he would be out to fix the problems. Every time he says he will be out on Thursday and every Thursday he fails to show up. He said "oh, I already bought the materials to fix your pool deck, I'll be out personally to do the work" but never shows up. Now he will not take my calls or return voicemail. Bruno can be a nice guy and I really hate writing bad reviews but this is going to cost me time and money taking him to court. Poor work and no communication. All I want is to have this fixed and I don't think that is too much to ask.

An inferior quality of concrete was poured and it cracked. Since then, we've contacted Bruno six times and he's failed to return phone calls and to keep any appointments. We're ready to contact the Better Business Bureau. He's been unwilling to help repair the damage.
