Description of Work: I had multiple brick and mortar cracks from foundation settling on nearly all sides of the house. Some were up to 3/8th of an inch. Two brick columns around the entrance had diagonal cracks which had actually caused the tops to tilt outward a bit. Had them come give an estimate after the foundation repair. Based on the amount of the estimate and the positive reviews on Angie's List, I did not comparison shop so did not rate their price but it was certainly money well spent. | |I wish I had taken pictures of the cracks before repair because during my inspection afterwards, I literally could not see where the cracks had been. I can't recommend the quality of their work highly enough.

Description of Work: We've used Brick Restoration two or three times for brick and mortar repair inside and outside our home after foundation work and for remodeling. Their work is always first class and undetectable. We will use them again, I'm sure.

Description of Work: This is my second time using Brick Restoration. They replaced my fireplace box and did some exterior brick repair work in 2012. They did such an excellent job that I hired them again this past spring to do additional work. They are very skilled and their prices are reasonable.

Description of Work: Repaired/reset soldier brick onb three walls. repaired cracked cement fro settling. Anchored the brick façade front and back to the house frame. They were very professional, cleaned up after their work. We are well satisfied.

Description of Work: We had previously used them before and the customer service was great. All the work was done in a timely manner. They fixed and maintenace the outside of the house and chimney. Was very satisfied with all the work done.

Description of Work: Power washed the back of the house and chimney, remortared the brick and the back of the house and sprayed a water repellant to ensure no leaks in the back of the house. The gentlemen did a good job but I was disappointed with the amount of overspray. There are large areas of the deck that were sprayed and there are permanent boot marks from where the guys were walking. The cigarette butts that were left on my deck and in my yard were also not appreciated. Smoking breaks don't bother me, but don't leave your trash in my yard.

Description of Work: I would give them an A- if it were available. The workers came out when I was not home, with my permission, since it was an exterior job. They were there when I arrived but gone when I returned after running an errand. I did not get a chance to inspect their work prior to their leaving and it was not inspected by a rep from the company either. The mortar work was uneven and spots clearly missed. I expected to see nice straight lines and that is not what I got. I was not satisfied with the selection of brick where they did a repair, which I was assured would match well. They also missed a couple of small repairs promised on the quote to be done. I contacted the company and sent photos and it was taken care of immediately except the two small areas which truthfully without direction as to the location, would not be easily found. I was disappointed at it not being "right" the first time and since there is no A- rating, I am giving an overall B because I am still waiting for those two small repairs promised to be done. I will reconsider this rating after the promise is kept.

Description of Work: demolished brick around door and put in new brick at threshold. The work was very simple and I was told that the quote was high to make sure that all was covered and that if the lentil did not have to be replaced and other work went smooth the price would be adjusted downward. No work had to be done on the lentil and very few brick on left side had to be replaced. Job should have cost no more than $650. Had another installer look after completion and he said he would have done the work for $450

Description of Work: They repaired cracks in my exterior brick all around the entire house. I had several really bad, wide cracks plus numerous smaller cracks all around the house. The work they did was outstanding! After they were through you could not tell there had ever been a crack even where the really bad cracks were! If I ever needed any more masonry work I would definitely call Brick Restoration Inc.!
