During this time of COVID-19, BRI is dedicated to doing our part to maintain the health and safety of our community and their properties. Under the Harris County order of “Stay Home, Work Safe”, residential and commercial masonry repair is considered an essential service to maintain the safety and essential operations of residences or other essential business. Description of Work: The only reason I rate them an A is because I cannot do an A+. the owner, George came out on time, well dressed, and very knowledgeable. We had an outdoor brick fireplace fixed and re-bricked, in addition to two other repairs. we were on a tight timeline, and they worked very hard to accomplish our deadline. The brick they brought was indistinguishable from the original; it was seamless! The other repairs were perfect as well, and they even threw in a few things that needed fixing at no extra cost. The best part is they do not sub out their work; they are employees. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!

Max worked all day to professionally fill dozens of cracks in the mortar and bricks on the front facade of our house. In addition to the outside, he fixed several cracks on our chimney inside the house that spanned the entire height of the chimney. When I asked him to fix a few that he had missed he did so without delay or reluctance, even though it meant getting the ladder and tools back out of the truck. The finished job looked amazing -- you can not see any of the cracks in the brick or mortar -- I know where to look and I still cant discern them! Will definitely use this company again. Great work!

After the plumbing leaks, everything in the house needed to be replaced or repaired, including the bricks of our fireplace. Instead of replacing them, which would have cost a fortune, we had them dyed to match the other bricks. It turned out extremely well, were glad we made that decision, their people did a good job.

This house has a large chimney that required some repair to the mortar so we used Brick Restoration to fix the chimney. The work was not done properly, as the bottom of the chimney was fixed but no one even touched the cracked mortar in the top of the chimney. The men took about an hour & said they were done. We later discovered after paying them that the work was not finished. I was extremely upset by their actions, so we called the Better Business Bureau & reported them.

The chimney guy called me back immediately & stopped by to give me an estimate. He was expensive, but it was well worth it because he repaired my cracked chimney & kept it from cracking more. After he repaired the crack, he camouflaged the chimney by painting the repaired brick to match the other brick, & it looked like it was never cracked. He also cleaned the chimney, pulling out a squirrel s nest along with other debris. He bagged everything, hauled off all the mess, & left the house very clean.
