Carpet Installation
He was really good at the sales pitch but and then sub contracted it out without telling me to a completely different company I hired once I had a problem he never returned my call. Because of the nature of the carpet you have to start it a certain way but they didn't start the installation in the right way. The pattern was crooked. He was trying to convince me my walls were off but I already had my walls checked and that was not the problem. In my master bedroom closet the carpet was installed in the wrong direction so it didn't go with the carpet in the rest of the bedroom. I have been trying to call him consistently for two weeks and two weeks later I still haven't heard from him. I wouldn't recommend using him.
