 + -1 moreThe first person I spoke with at Best Moving and Storage was Stephanie. She said she takes all of the information and then she tells me I will talk with an "Expert Moving Consultant". Levy gets on the phone. He goes through some move details and I let him know I am taking quotes from many moving companies. I did not know when you click on a button on the internet to get free moving quotes, that you will get 15 moving companies calling or sending emails wanting the business. So, I hang up from Levy. The next message I receive from their Company is Ray. On voice mail he tells me to call him back because he can make me a better deal than the other employees gave me! This all started on March 25 that I began getting quotes. Since that day, Best Moving and Storage Company has called me 15 times! Their pricing seems reasonable, but their Customer Service is horrible. John Halter was the rudest person I have ever talked to! I was stunned when he started yelling at me! After I hung up, I realized how thankful I am he treated me that way before I selected them! I would have regretted my decision soon! I hope this helps others. Regards....
Description of Work: They have called me at least 15 times in three days to see if I am going to use them as my moving company! They have called me from several different numbers, and I think I have finally blocked all of their numbers! The last phone call I had was with John Halter. He was extremely rude and even yelled at me saying to stop calling them! I told him I have NEVER called them! They have been continuously contacting ME! He accused me of trying to get the pricing down. I never contacted them to ask for reduced pricing. I have been getting quotes from many movers.
