American Knights Moving

I have moved from Houston to Florida in April 2021. We packed about 60% of the total move ourselves using double bubble wrap for very fragile items. We asked the foreman if his crew could handle bigger fragile items. He assured us there was no problems. At destination the poor handling resulted in several statues being broken, boxes being crushed and some lost boxes. We asked the moving crew if they could put two beds together ( about one hour work time ) with the understanding we would pay them $75 each. The driver named Paul requested handling the money giving them $25 each and keeping the rest without doing any work. Very poor organization. Poor service.

They were courteous, quick and extremely obliging. They moved my stuff into a 2-bedroom apartment in about 3 hours, and charged me the rate quoted. You never know what you're going to get with movers, but these guys were really good. I will definitely use them again for my next local move.

I recommend using this service. There was no scratches or damage to any of our things. We are purchasing a home and moving at the end of this month again & have hired American Knights movers for our move again, they are great!!

I have used this company 2 times already and about to use them again in June. They are extremely accommodating and I love that they give you over the phone quotes based on the logistics of the work. Thank you for the extra safety and delivery. Even reassembled items.

They were very efficient, even came an hour early to start packing up my stuff. They carefully and thoroughly wrapped all my furniture, and took care in moving it to and from the truck. Very fast and efficient. Highly recommend them!

Didn't have great weather on the morning of the move but even though they were a little late they came in and were fast and efficient. All of my stuff was wrapped with extreme care. Dis-assembly and re-assembly of my furniture was done efficiently and with care, not sloppily thrown together.

What made the packing and moving almost enjoyable was the excellent upbeat and positive nature of everyone we interacted with from 24/7. We were so impressed with this team. I am happy with them. They are great.

They made my first cross state moving experience awesome! Our team leader, Mark and his crew were truly dedicated to providing the best service. From start to finish, these guys were amazing to work with. If you're looking to hire movers, this should company be your first call.

I was first worried and stressed about moving, but they made my life much easier and seamless. They were extremely polite and took great care in making sure our furniture was protected during the move. Their service was 5 stars, and by far the best moving experience I have ever had.

Poor communication was a huge problem. They did not call me in advance when they delivered so I had to leave work to get the delivery. They damaged my furniture and there were pieces missing. I cannot recommend them.

I called a few other companies but this one had the best rate. I wasn't sure why they were priced a little better but given the other reviews, I decided to take a chance. The chance got the best result. I highly recommend the movers to all.

Well, this couldn't have gone better as the first experience with a moving company. The movers handled my quote, and gave me an extremely reasonable flat rate price, it was reasonable, because I got a lot of expensive quotes, and read a lot of reviews before deciding on American Knights movers. They were great with our move throughout.

The move was the best one could have ever. It was the best experience I ever have. The team worked with us to hold our things at their warehouse for the day and to send their crew back later that night for the delivery of remaining items. I recommend the movers to all.

Delivering at destination did not go smoothly. The driver Jose changed the delivery day and time several times. He also failed to give us 24 hr. Notice.

The moving team was very hardworking and well-coordinated. I thought they will scratch or damage the surface by the way they will handle the stuff as being done by some movers. But these guys are different, they are really professionals. I will have no problem to recommend them to all.

I felt comfortable with the moving team from the beginning so we decided to make our reservation after our house went in escrow. At the pickup which i will say did occur 2 hours later than had been communicated the men were uniformed, professional and worked with the speed of seasoned pros. They have done a tremendous job.

This company s service is so fast and the price was the best I found. At the beginning I was a little afraid for my fragile belongings but everything arrived in good shape. The company with the best services and Team. On only one last-minute reservation, 5 employees were sent. They were extremely helpful and helped me to pack the entire home and we are done in 4 hours surprisingly. All things are carefully packed and ready. They've done an excellent job and they're the best.

The team of American Knights movers were professional and humble and did everything s I asked them. I especially enjoyed having a couple females on the crews to show my daughter that girls can do anything guys can! I have referred these movers many times and would trust them with anything.

First I had a show set that needed storage and they were prompt to pick up and help pack up the set. It's a real cost saver in terms of bodies needed, rental and storage costs. Storage costs are reasonable as well. Second time it was a short move to other town which also went superb.

Need adequate preparation time. Mover should provide appropriate instructions to ensure smoother move.
