First, unlike 4 other companies (3 of which were found on Angie's List), they returned calls. Second, they worked with us to reduce our costs, due to the small size of the job. Third, their installer showed up on time, was polite, and did not have problems adjusting to a situation slightly different, than the one relayed to him (minor garbling in message transmission). He was skilled and fast. NOTE: Installation is NOT always straightforward and well-done; that's why we had to replace the existing carpet. He cleaned up after the job, and made sure we knew how to contact him if problems were found later. From initial contact to completed job, All Floors were professional and ( very rare today) did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price quoted. We will call All Floors for our planned laminate installation in a few months!
