 + 0 moreThey showed up an hour late, no phone call to let me know. Chris said he had to move his truck closer. Then he came back and asked me a few questions about where I was moving. He said a tire was flat on his truck and they needed to exchange trucks and would be back in an hour. They never returned and they declined my calls that day. I am incredibly frustrated and shocked that a company would do this not only me but to others (see also movers.com for yet another review from someone with a similar story). Definitely not getting my business EVER again.
Description of Work: I used this company last year to move me from a one bedroom upstairs apartment to a one bedroom downstairs apartment. They were efficient and had an amazing price so I wanted to use them again. I spoke to Virginia to book the appointment, even had a follow up call the day before to confirm my move time. They were to move me first out of my one bedroom downstairs apartment and then my sister from her one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment upstairs.

 + 0 moreThis company is a sham! They told me they could move the items I described. Stated they would be here at 9:30am to move us. They showed up alright, cased the house, and then LEFT! They never said a word, will not answer the phone, and DIDN'T MOVE A THING. I feel like they are scam artists looking for a way to get into someone's home. BEWARE OF THESE "MOVERS"
