Very nice expereience. He was very professional, prompt and honest. I am very happy with the service. I was able to get a $20 discount off my service for being an Angie's List member.

The provider had great customer service and was willing to do the work at a time convenient to us.

They do weed control on it and it works, it's very effective. The one guy came to my house and he has a real bad attitude and tried to pressure me into going on to a bi-weekly mowing plan and I didn't want to do that. These guys were no pressure. They basically let you make your own timetable and I like it done about once a quarter and that was fine with them.

Very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were bug free. I was very impressed by how thorough they were.

Identified via binoculars possible entry for rodents but roofing repair company later identified other entry. Applied rodent bait for one-time charge but would leave rodent petrified in attic. Alternatively, offered to set traps but would require additional fee each time they came out to inspect them. He seemed pretty disinterested during the visit.

Apple Pest Control were great. We had no issues or concerns with this company.

We called Apple pest control because they were on Angie's List, my go to list when I need help. They showed up on time and sprayed my rent house and seem to do a good job. I was called from the renters after only 6 days saying ants were all over the kids bathroom. The kids were screaming in the back ground. I had not bought the warranty that was about $50.00 more for only 90 days. I called Apple and said that ants were back in less than a week and come back to spray this bathroom again. I was told that would cost me another $69. I felt that was way out of line. They did tell me I could use the Angie coupon and only have to pay $49. WOW what a deal. I was transferred to the supervisor she was not very helpful at all. I was upset that a pest treatment would not be effective for less one week. I felt I was being ripped off because they would not go back to respray a small bathroom. I will never use them again and told the supervisor I would be writing a bad review to Angie's list, she really didn't seem to care.

They've done fine and we've been very pleased with the service. They come out when they said they would and I've had no complaints. They're about the same price as others.

Their service has been generally good, however we have recently had a concern with exterior ants on our back patio, which we called back to have retreated. Apple did retreat for ants on May 13, 2014, however to no avail, the ants returned. When we called back to ask about what further could be done, the person we spoke with indicated we would need to pay $165 for an ant treatment. This is a disappointing response from Apple considering we are regular customers and they guarantee their work, which includes ants, as part of our regular treatment. Additionally, although interior treatment is included in our regular service charge, we don't typically have our interior treated since we aren't at home when they provide service. Basically, we pay for a "full-service" each time and only receive a partial one (which we have been fine with to this point), however they don't seem to consider this except when it's in their favor. Additionally, $165 is more than our regular service charge, which makes no sense. Unfortunately, we have to seek another provider, which isn't the outcome we would had hoped for.

Service was as promised Aaron was on time, very professional and explained the process in detail. Completed in the time frame he stated.

He worked twice as long as it would normally take to make sure that the yard was thoroughly covered. And he still charged me the normal rate. I will be a customer for life! They always call 30 minutes before they show up so we are ready for them.

I called this morning to arrange for an appointment and they were able to fit me in this afternoon! Not only that - but they were on time, polite, and called in advance. Aaron - my technician - gave me notification he was coming and arrived on time. And he provided a thorough inspection of the house, possible entry points for rats/mice to get in, and made some general recommendations. He was also great with my dogs! (bonus!) Thanks to Aaron and the folks at Apple for a job well done. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

They come out quarterly. The first time we used them, they were on time. Everything was fine.

They were excellent. We've been using them for about a year. The guy comes out and explains everything. He is very personable, very responsive and very professional. I'm very, very happy with their service. I highly recommend them.

We had rats in the house, kitchen, garage and Apple got rid of them within 10 days. They did not use poison, instead tracked where they were and where they were coming in. They set traps and closed entry points. We are very pleased with their service and if this should happen again they are the first on our call list!

I heard something in my attic, so I called them and they came right away. We didn't call them until 4pm and they came the same day. They put up a trap in the attic and caught the animal by the next morning. He gave me his cell phone number to call once it was caught, so I called him and he was here within 1-2 hours. We then had them install covers for the attic vents and they did a really good job. They were very nice and punctual. They also gave us a discount for being Angie's List members.

After looking thru Angie's list I decided to go with Apple Pest Control. Great experience. Company was easy to deal with and easy to schedule the tech for service and follow up. Aaron came out set the live traps and sealed 4 attic entry points. Aaron came out for a few follow ups and re-baiting the traps, and always was on time and called to let me know when he was en route. Finally we got the squirrel taken care of. I could not be more happy. I currently have a annual pest contract but when it expires in October I am changing over to Apple. I paid a lot less than what my neighbor paid for the same service last year with a different company. These guys are good and their prices are good! Great customer service also!

Adam called in advance and showed up when he said he would in the timeframe of the appointment for a termite estimate. He was friendly and laid back. He seemed to know his stuff and was very no-nonsense about what was needed. He said he was out of quote sheets (I think that's what he called them), so he wrote a quote on the back of a business card of $1600 but gave a $200 discount for $1400. We got 2 other quotes. Apple's was the highest and didn't have a quote sheet showing perimeter and treatment like the others. However, it was also for a full home treatment like the other quotes, per Adam. We are reviewing options on quotes now. I think Adam would do good work, if selected.

We found this provider and saw that they had good ratings and seemed to be family oriented. They could not find the dead animal and the smell was terrible. Caleb, brought in an Ozone machine to help with the smell. I asked him if it would be ok due to my mother being on oxygen, he said no problem. He took it out of the box and took the box and the instruction manual with him. He turned it on high and told us it would be ok. I started having chest pains within a day and I could not take a deep breath. My mother, who has a lung problem, told me that she started having headaches, could not catch her breath, and other problems. She is on oxygen and she even has a sign in her window stating this. I almost had to take her to the hospital. We had to open windows and 2 sliding glass doors, as well as put in floor fans to let all of the Ozone out. It took a week. I called The American Lung Association and sent them a picture of the machine and they told us to get the machine out of the house, as it should only be used in unoccupied spaces over 3,000 square feet (our house is 2,500). On the machine itself it states: "intended for use in unoccupied areas only". The American Lung Association said that even after symptoms are gone it can continue to cause lung damage, almost like a sun burn for the lungs. The manager that my mother spoke to, Shauna was adamant that the machine could not cause problems, but they would come pick it up. My mother asked to speak to the owner and they would not give her his name and let her speak to him. When Adam came to pick up the machine the young man said he was the son of the owner. He was not in the family picture in the magazine, which we thought was odd. My mother explained to him everything that had happened. She showed him the instruction on the machine that said it should not be used in our home. He said that they had recently purchased several of these and were not aware of that. We had no Thanksgiving at all because of this mess. I had to buy several large HEPA air purifiers to fix this problem and it took two weeks for our lung symptoms to dissipate and 1 month to get the Ozone smell out, the animal smell still lingers. I called back again to see if I can talk to someone, and they said that they would have to call back. The same woman, that was rude to my mother, Shauna called back and argued that the instructions stated that it was "intended" for unoccupied spaces, but that it could be used for the home and I could have unplugged it at any time. She said that when the man put the unit in our home and we felt sick that we should have unplugged it. She said that they would not give us our money back. We thought they knew what they were doing but, when we started feeling ill, we DID unplug it. It was running continuously at first, as we were instructed to in order to "purify the area".

put trap in near wires ,which raccoon shredded.when captured. they said they were not respnosible for the damage because it was an unusual raccoon.and not because they put the trap in the wrong place.

Superb service. Company provided estimate over the telephone based on our explanation of the problem we were having. The estimate was both competitive and reasonable, and with the Angie?s List coupon a very good deal so we scheduled an appointment. To our delight, they were able to come the very next day. The technician, Steve, called 30 minutes before his scheduled appointment to advise he was on his way, arrived on time, and got right to work. He did a thorough job spraying around our entire house and garage, finding all the nests, and areas where the ants were prevalent. Since we had started to see the ants beginning to infiltrate our home, Steve came prepared with another chemical to spray within our home to take care of those already inside and help prevent any more from entering. All the while Steve was treating our home, he was explaining what he was doing, and why, and educating us on how difficult it is to treat Raspberry Crazy Ants, and what we could do within our landscaping that would help keep them at bay. When he left, he advised we should be patient, and that we may need a follow-up treatment to be sure they do not return. Steve was extremely professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable - just great! A couple of days after the initial treatment, we noticed a marked increase in the number of ants infiltrating the house, so much so that we called Apple Pest Control to discuss what we could do about it. Although they said that is normal after the heavy dose of pesticide treatment, and that we should see relief soon, they scheduled a return appointment the following day and treated the inside of our home with a more potent chemical (at no additional charge). It has now been 1 week since the initial treatment and 4 days since the follow-on treatment, and we can honestly say that so far we are unbelievably pleased with the results. So far so good ? great job!!! We will definitely not hesitate to use Apple Pest Control in the future and definitely recommend them to others.

The technician said since he could not locate the point of infestation, he would only charge for a service call. But what he did worked. Within two months, the ants had stopped moving and we no longer were finding them in our daughter's area. Apparently, the treatment he performed took effect over time. We have had no more problems and it is now October. I give them a "B" because they could not find the entry and guarantee the ants would not appear.

We found sugar ants, called Apple the next day, and they came out that afternoon. They sprayed the entire house, and added a special chemical in the areas with the ants. They explained that it would be a slow process (which is was) because we had to NOT kill any ants we saw so that they would return to the nest with the poison and kill the rest of the little creature. It took two weeks, but they haven'r reappeared. We had the option of a one-time-visit price, but we were satisfied enough to start an annual contract.

Everything went well and this company was very professional. I plan to have them return again if necessary.
