From the first phone call to the final service call this organization was first class. Caleb came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He determined that the best way to evacuate the momma and four young ones was to use a repellant and a one way trap. Meaning they could go out but not come back in. That worked like a charm. They all exited the attic the same night as the service call. He then came back and installed a heavy duty metal patch where the entry point was. I highly recommend Apple Pest Control for any of your pest control problems. Although I have not used them for any other type services yet, the manner in which they handled my issue is indicative of the way they run their company. They will always be my first call should I ever need any of their services.

Apple Pest Control did a great job. They arrived at the stated time, removed the nest in a professional manner, and left the area clean.

Caleb came to my house at 5 PM on Sat. That night I heard racket coming from around the trap, which I couldn't see from the ground. Caleb came to my house on Mon., and there was indeed an angry raccoon in the trap. He left with the trap.

Everything went well as advertised. Thought that the price was a little on the high side but have not had any problems with pests since treatment to yard.

He was punctual, great customer service, explained on services being provided.

We found what looked like termite or carpenter ant damage inside one of our walls. Out of an abundance of caution, I decided to contact an exterminator and ended up with Apple Pest Control because they were the highest rated company that was open. They got a technician out to my house just a few hours later today. Caleb was awesome and looked at the problem area, walked the exterior to check for evidence of any other problems and provided advice for no charge at all. He ultimately determined that the damage was old and that a previous owner had likely dealt with the problem. He noted that our old deck might be a problem area and should be removed/replaced, but otherwise indicated there was no evidence of any active termites in our house. He offered a quote for termite services, but stated we have no reason whatsoever to be worried right now and may well never have a problem. I can't even describe how wonderful it is to have a company who is willing to say, "You don't need any paid work done." This is a sign of tremendous honesty and I will certainly be contacting Apple again should I have any problems in the future.

The service went well. One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour. He laid traps and the service helped the issue. They were responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. I would use the company again. I had no problem scheduling with the company at all. They promptly responded to my call and showed up on time.

Good so far. I've got one of their employees that does my lawn work for me on the weekends. I found them very trustworthy and very good to work with. I recommended them to my neighbor and they are very happy with them also.

It was all good. They were timely and took care of everything very efficiently. The service was effective. We were able to schedule an appointment straight away, within just a couple of days of the call. It was able to be convenient for me so it worked nicely. I have no complaints whatsoever. The price was right in the same range of what I had received from other quotes I've received elsewhere.

Great service! We had been looking for a pest control company after we had cancelled our previous contract with a major competitor. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to very quickly set up an appointment. Aaron, the technician, listened to our concerns and explained everything he was going to do. He was very polite and courteous. Its now been a little over 2 weeks since the treatment and everything is good. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a pest control company.

Initially put on standby due to tremendous busy schedule. But within two-three hours Aaron called saying he was on his way to investigate the "bee" attack. Fortunately I knew where my dogs were when they got swarmed by what appeared to be "bees." Aaron walked the fence line a bit but could see and hear buzzing which he followed to the yellow jackets' nest. I had thought of putting a fence around the area instead of killing the yellow jackets but when Aaron educated me on the yellow jackets behaviour pattern I agreed to have the nest eradicated for the safety of my dogs and my neighbor's dog. The treatment proved effective. To my pleasant surprise Aaron gave me a follow-up call on Monday. Everything went well. Highly recommend their service.

It was a one time deal. They were on time and did the job as expected. They followed up afterwards. They took care of the problem.

The day they came the racoons decided to move out. The tech left a trap and after a week, we caught a juvenille racoon. The tech was responsive and took care of the removal/catch/release. We had the same tech drop off the trap and come back to clean it out. He was knowledgeable and very courteous.

Very nice expereience. He was very professional, prompt and honest. I am very happy with the service. I was able to get a $20 discount off my service for being an Angie's List member.

They do weed control on it and it works, it's very effective. The one guy came to my house and he has a real bad attitude and tried to pressure me into going on to a bi-weekly mowing plan and I didn't want to do that. These guys were no pressure. They basically let you make your own timetable and I like it done about once a quarter and that was fine with them.

Very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were bug free. I was very impressed by how thorough they were.

Identified via binoculars possible entry for rodents but roofing repair company later identified other entry. Applied rodent bait for one-time charge but would leave rodent petrified in attic. Alternatively, offered to set traps but would require additional fee each time they came out to inspect them. He seemed pretty disinterested during the visit.

Apple Pest Control were great. We had no issues or concerns with this company.

We called Apple pest control because they were on Angie's List, my go to list when I need help. They showed up on time and sprayed my rent house and seem to do a good job. I was called from the renters after only 6 days saying ants were all over the kids bathroom. The kids were screaming in the back ground. I had not bought the warranty that was about $50.00 more for only 90 days. I called Apple and said that ants were back in less than a week and come back to spray this bathroom again. I was told that would cost me another $69. I felt that was way out of line. They did tell me I could use the Angie coupon and only have to pay $49. WOW what a deal. I was transferred to the supervisor she was not very helpful at all. I was upset that a pest treatment would not be effective for less one week. I felt I was being ripped off because they would not go back to respray a small bathroom. I will never use them again and told the supervisor I would be writing a bad review to Angie's list, she really didn't seem to care.

They've done fine and we've been very pleased with the service. They come out when they said they would and I've had no complaints. They're about the same price as others.

Their service has been generally good, however we have recently had a concern with exterior ants on our back patio, which we called back to have retreated. Apple did retreat for ants on May 13, 2014, however to no avail, the ants returned. When we called back to ask about what further could be done, the person we spoke with indicated we would need to pay $165 for an ant treatment. This is a disappointing response from Apple considering we are regular customers and they guarantee their work, which includes ants, as part of our regular treatment. Additionally, although interior treatment is included in our regular service charge, we don't typically have our interior treated since we aren't at home when they provide service. Basically, we pay for a "full-service" each time and only receive a partial one (which we have been fine with to this point), however they don't seem to consider this except when it's in their favor. Additionally, $165 is more than our regular service charge, which makes no sense. Unfortunately, we have to seek another provider, which isn't the outcome we would had hoped for.

Service was as promised Aaron was on time, very professional and explained the process in detail. Completed in the time frame he stated.

I called this morning to arrange for an appointment and they were able to fit me in this afternoon! Not only that - but they were on time, polite, and called in advance. Aaron - my technician - gave me notification he was coming and arrived on time. And he provided a thorough inspection of the house, possible entry points for rats/mice to get in, and made some general recommendations. He was also great with my dogs! (bonus!) Thanks to Aaron and the folks at Apple for a job well done. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors.
