Had several issues he recommened for repair but did not press.I noted and he left.

The installation went very well, new opener and new rollers. It works great.

We've had Family Christian Doors out to install new openers (Liftmasters) and a couple of garage door tune ups. We've had great experiences with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Installers have always been professional, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer questions.

They came to tune up my door and ending up. I didn't want to change the roller but the tech really insisted that I should have double roller instead of one. Later on I figured could cost me less than what they charge me.

My experience with them was just fine. They were good. They were fast and they made it work.

I had three other providers out previously to fix my garage door that was not working properly. Family Christian Doors got my garage door working for about a week and then it quit again. My son found a wire was corroded and not making proper contact so after re-stripping it the door is working. The technician that came out was very nice and I believe he did everything he knew to do but I just don’t believe he had the expertise to know to check this issue.

We bought the $99 special and Family Christian Doors sent a great technician out to work on our garage door who was smart and courteous. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it and gave us tips on maintaining the garage door and options for using his company in the future with absolutely no sales pressure. He tightened and adjusted the various mechanical aspects of the garage door system and replaced all of the old basic plastic garage door rollers with new bearing rollers and what a difference it made! We now have a smooth functioning and quiet garage door again!

I have had them back and I would recommend them. First of all, they were prompt to my needs. Those times I had them out, I had urgent needs. Within a couple of days, I need somebody to manage it and since they were prompt in scheduling and in getting somebody there, Micah, was very personable and gracious like somebody you want to hang out with. He was positive. He was not negative about whoever else had done the work, but he laid out different things that probably needed to be adjusted or changed, and then we just strategized on what problem to best spend on for the day without doing all of it. He was really good about coming up with a solution from a financially conscious perspective. Second, he said that the motor is old and the garage door is way too heavy for the motor that was in there. It was like it was going to go and I was like let it go then. I was not going to replace it today and it went just he predicted. At that point, I said that it obviously needed to be replaced and I asked what motor to get. He said that I could get the model where basically I could manage the garage door from my computer at work. I told him that I do not need that. I just need it to work. That was what I like. There was a lot of conversation about what is really wrong and what really needs to be fixed, what we need to do today versus what is likely going to happen a year from now. I would definitely have them back. I had them out twice and if I had an issue, I would have them back. From a pricing perspective, I think they were transparent. I did not felt gouged. He did what I really needed or on what we decided upon.

It went very well. The garage door was worked very well. And after technician left we decided to someplace and that's when we realized that our old remote did note work. I called the and they brought a new remote out the next day and keyed it to the first two garages.. The prices for the job was very reasonable. I enjoyed doing business with this company. The service provider was great. He let us know that the best thing to do was just do a tune up on our system even though we had told him we would consider replacing the whole thing to get it to work better. I felt they were professional and honest.

They came out to do the estimate, but I wasn't able to go through with the service due to extra costs.

Let's be clear. You're not going to pay $24.00 for a tune up. If you're calling, chances are there is something about the garage door that doesn't seem right. Hence, you are going to need to get it fixed. Having said that, they were on-time, professional and through.

My garage door spring snapped at 5:03 PM...and most providers close at 5. I used Angie's List and located FCD, who advertised 24 hour service, and who had a good reputation. Having had the door previous serviced by another provider and having had a spring replaced before (at another location), I knew the general range of prices to expect. I called FCD about 6:45 and had a call back from them offering a tech between 8 and 10 PM. I accepted the appointment, and received a call from Matthew at about 8:10. Matthew stated he would be at my house in 36 minutes, if that was acceptable, and it was. Matthew arrived as promised and spent about 10 minutes looking over my door and discussing our repair strategy and the door's needs. The spring(s) was a given, and replacing one of two is pennywise and pound foolish, so I agreed to replace both of them. he quoted me a price on that and then pointed out the torsion bar bearings and how they looked and felt. Since the bar was being partially removed anyway, it seemed foolish not to replace them as well. Also, he showed me the play in the rollers, something I was aware of and had consideredaddressing myself, so I decided to do it all. Upon removal of the torsion bar bearings, two of the three were in quite poor shape...and al least half of the rollers exhibited extreme wear, making me quite happy with spending the money to replace them. Matthew wrapped up the repairs with a tightening of all hardware, a lubrication of the equipment, a check of safety equipment and a tensioning of the opener chain and was on the road by 10:20 PM. Matthew took the time to explain the job, showed the quality of the parts they were using, and never hesitated to answer any questions. I feel confident in the work he did, most backed by a lifetime warranty, and the garage door is now quieter that I ever could have imagined.

That went well. I don't have any problems or complaints about the door. They came out 3 days afterwards. The $24 was like a promotional thing and when he looked at it, he recommended additional work. It wasn't just the tuneup, it was more than that.

I spoke to Todd. Very courteous over the phone and the technician called just as Todd said he would to tell me he was on the way to our home. The technician was very prompt in arriving and he worked on the garage door quickly. My husband said he was very professional and we were happy to get it all done at once, along with a lifetime warranty on the most expensive parts--the springs. Happy customer overall.

It was fine.They came out the next day. There were additional charges to replace a spring. He was prompt, courteous and got the job done quickly.

Came out for the $24 garage door tune-up. Showed me what was going on with my door, why it was loud, wasn't working well, etc. Recommended new springs and rollers. I did not feel like I was just being taken advantage of (upselling) -- everything was explained and demonstrated. Went ahead with the replacement parts. Louis was very helpful, quick, professional. Now it works great, is balanced and much quieter. I'm sorry I waited so long!

It was good. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The technician was a good guy.

I originally purchased the Big Deal for a garage door tune up they called me the very next business day and stated that they had availability for the service that morning. The technician arrived on time, actually a few minutes early, and upon inspection, it was determined that the garage door opener needed replacement as the motor had gone out. We discussed the different options available and I decided to go ahead and get him to replace the garage door opener motor while he was there with a model that he had recommended. He worked quickly and once he was done, the garage door worked better than it ever had-- and it was so much more quieter than it had ever been! We are extremely pleased with the work of the Technician, as he was courteous, very knowledgable and even hauled away the old, broken down motor. We will definitely be using Family Christian Doors again!

The technician seemed very knowledgeable and professional. The basic price was $24.95 and he was able to make various adjustments to fix the problem and check out everything else. He did suggest I replace the rollers which I decided to do. He offered me a less expensive option and a more expensive option, that have a lifetime warranty. I chose the more expensive option. Within an hour, the technician had everything done. He had me come back out to inspect the work. I made sure the garage door openers were all working too. Excellent experience and was able to solve my problem quickly!
