Description of Work: Deal was $99 for choice of new garage door security keypad or lubrication & maintenance of garage door tracks. I chose the keypad. By the end of the year the keypad had stopped working; thought battery was dead. Due to illness I waited several months to have the keypad put back into working order. Maintenance man told me that the keypad was an outdated one that is no longer used and he was unable to repair or replace it. Apparently Family Christian Doors offered the free keypads to clean out there discontinued stock. I was very disappointed.

Next time you are having issues please contact us directly. The information your maintenance man provided is not correct. The keypad we installed was a LiftMaster 387. That is a universal keypad that is still in stock and installed often. I have attached the link to the LiftMaster website for your reference. [hyperlink removed]
