+ 2 moreAfter 10 years in a 25 year old house, the look was outdated and general repair and maintenance work was sorely needed. After the initial estimate, I asked them to look at other areas that needed work. Daniel's Design and Remodeling gave me an estimate on the additional cost and let me know if it was possible to get the additional work done at the same time. Daniel's Design and Remodeling was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. As each part of the job was completed, they diligently cleaned up and left the area cleaner than it was to begin with. As they worked in each room, they even performed some additional maintenance that needed to be done that I wasn't even aware of. All within the original estimate. I've used Daniel's Design and Remodeling for several jobs in the past and have always been extremely pleased with both the price and quality of work. I would recommend them for any remodeling needs.
Description of Work: Removed wall paper and textured walls in entry hall, 2 bathrooms, and office. Painted walls and trim in 4 bedrooms, entry hall, 3 full bathrooms, office, and 3 hallways. Repaired wall and ceiling cracks. Repaired overhead cabinet in laundry room. Replaced and painted side garage door. Repaired and painted side arbor. Replaced all ceiling air vents.

+ 2 moreAll of the above work was done in a very timely manner. They were careful about dust and noise, and when there was heavy stuff going on they did it on nights and the weekend. The area was kept clean and trash was always quickly disposed of, and the plastic barriers they hung kept the work dust contained. I must say the experience far exceeded my expectations of what I thought could have been an ordeal, it certainly turned out very professional and attractive.
Description of Work: Removal of area walls in office space to create four separate offices for new tenants, with a conference room area in the middle. New electrical was installed for added lights and outlets. All of the new walls were finished in the texture that I wanted, and painted in my desired colors. A large double door entry was moved to an alternate location, and four new doors were installed. New base board and door trim as also installed, stained and finished.

Description of Work: He constructed a wall around a wrought iron staircase and also installed a closet for us.
