Had another great experience working with Pinnacle Foundation Repair. Definitely a team of professionals and knowledgeable individuals who truly take pride in what they do. I would like to take a moment to thank the team, specifically Yvette, Marcos, Victor, and Luis. From working diligently to get us scheduled taking our circumstances into consideration, to managing the project and great crew, to constant communication, they made the experience seamless and stress free.

We met with several foundation repair companies before making the decision to go with Pinnacle, and I’m so happy we chose them! These guys have been great. Chris and Agustin and the crew have done a great job, and the great communication every step of the way has really made a difference.

These guys are the best in the business - Grant helped with my initial inspection and had to deliver the news that the condition was worse than expected. He recommended full beam replacement and spread footing for the piers, which was the right call. Yvette and Kristin were excellent to work with and helped with any of the scheduling, financing, and other administrative needs. Agustin and his crew were extremely friendly and respectful of my property. My 76 years old house feels brand new walking through it; the floors do not creak or give anymore, each door latches and EVERY FRAME IS LEVEL (very excited about this), and separation in the base boards and molding was gapped - really can't thank Pinnacle and their team enough!

It's not too often these days, unfortunately, that I find a business that prioritizes being upfront and honest with their customers over generating revenue. Pinnacle Foundation, in my brief experience with them, is such a business. Robby with Pinnacle spent close to an hour conducting an elevation test on my foundation, and concluded that I do not need piers, though I might have a leaky pipe under the house. His consultation was free. Give Pinnacle a call if you want an honest assessment of your foundation.

There is a reason Pinnacle has 5 stars. Their customer service is fantastic - prompt and ready to answer any questions. The foundation repair experience went much more smoothly than I could have ever imagined -- truly seamless! I only wish they had other services to provide--I would be a loyal customer! I was concerned that we might have foundation repair needed. I called Pinnacle because of their high ratings. I definitely made the right call. Chris W. spent the morning checking our entire home and found no real structural deficiencies in our foundation. He spent time with my husband and I discussing ways to improve our home to minimize the need for future repairs. He was so pleasant and professional. No one wants foundation work done, but I am glad I chose Pinnacle. I am happy with the whole process and the results. Kristen was incredibly helpful with scheduling and finding a good time for an appointment. She was friendly and helped ease my concerns right from the beginning. Great customer service! Luis Perez was punctual, explained what he would be doing, listened to our concerns, and walked the property with us. He then took measurements inside and showed us where movement was occurring. He sat with us, thoroughly explained the repair plan, and addressed all our questions. On the day of the repair, Marcos in Operations called to discuss some details and communicated very well throughout the whole process. The crew arrived on time and was very respectful. They made sure to clean everything up after the work was done. I am extremely pleased with the results. The large crack in our brick has closed up, and we can now close our back door without any trouble. Several smaller cracks have closed up and looks much better. Overall, the experience was seamless! I highly recommend Pinnacle's services!

Pinnacle did an excellent job of stabilizing our house's foundation. They did everything that they promised to do, and did it in one day. After setting 13 piers, they restored soil around the foundation and hauled off excess soil. The site manager explained what they would do, walked me through each step of the way, and followed through on everything. His attention to detail was impressive. They exceeded my expectations. We chose Pinnacle among four proposals, and we are glad that we did.

We were first impressed with James S. who came to do the initial assessment and who continued to be involved throughout the process, answering any questions we had and checking in with us afterwards. i would like to start off by saying, I was a little hesitant to get our foundation worked on. Our house is on the older side and I was worried what problems would arise if we had work done to it. Justin Tucker came out and let us know the foundation and sunk about 2 inches. He gave us different options and which option would be best. The ladies I talked to on the phone were very professional and friendly, she got us on the books right away and was able to work with my schedule The crew showed up first thing in the morning, we went over what they would be doing again and they got to it. They told us it would be an all day job. Around 3, the supervisor called said they were finishing up. Got to the house, he walked me through everything they did, what was adjusted and that there were no problems!! it was a wonderful experience and I'm glad we decided to go with pinnacle. I would highly recommend them to anyone with foundation problems. I was giving several different contacts during the job and for after, if we had any questions or concerns. 10/10 for the whole experience!!
