They were excellent. I would recommend them to everybody. We needed some upgrades done around the house. They were work it in for us. They got the water leak repaired for a reasonable cost. I can't remember what it was but I was very pleased. I was pleased with the cost every time. I've always been pleased with their responsiveness. I would use them in the future.

The plumbers arrived on time and worked efficiently to replace my gas water heater. This was my first experience with Brittain and I'm very satisfied with their service and price.

They were top notch. They were right on time and did just what they needed. They were courteous and professional. Mr. Brittain did the work himself in our garage. One of our water heater had broke and flooded the house. They were very prompt in scheduling and completing the work.

It went well. They came when I requested; they were very good at rescheduling.

The plumber came the same day I called, was personable, quick, and competent. He also explained what he had done.

They were actually early for the appointment! I have never had that happen with a service provider. When scheduling, they were very considerate of my work schedule and came out the next morning. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. In and out in about an hour. He cleaned up after performing the work...it was cleaner than he found it! While he was there, I inquired about what I could do to repair the air conditioning condensation drainage line that was broken off by the lawn care person. He found a fitting on the truck, installed it, charged me a dollar and told me exactly where to go in the local store to find the adapter to attach a small garden hose. I am a woman and was there alone. I felt very comfortable and safe and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Shower drains began to back up due to a clog. I tried calling a couple of Angie's list plumber's but Brittain was the only firm that could come the same day. The tech arrived on schedule and got the job done quickly. The drains are working fine now. I would use this firm again for drains and any other plumbing needs.

They were able to come out right away. They were able to come out the next business day. They were very prompt. They have always been really great and responsive. The price is reasonable and I would absolutely recommend their services. He tested the disposal before he left. It did not work. Luckily, he had another one on his truck and was able to exchange it immediately. He was prepared and I thought it was really good planning and great customer service.

I called the company and requested a service call because when the shower was on and the toilet flushed there was sometime a banging in the wall, (like someone hitting a pipe with a hammer). They sent a man out, who was very nice, and he decided the problem was in the attic and installed something called a hammer arrester. Within days the noise was back and so they decided another hammer arrester was necessary on the hot water pipe. Again the noise came back. I called and was referred to the owner. He told me to have my city water pressure checked, that it might be too high. The city said it was fine, so I called and left that message with a secretary for the owner but he never bothered to call me back. I was talking to a non plumber friend about it and he told me to check the toilet ball. The next time I heard the noise I lifter the lid off the tank and there was the ball bouncing up and down as the water filled. I put my hand on it and it and the banging immediately stopped. I fixed it myself for 9 dollars... This is what really bothers me: when I called back the lady I spoke to immediately went defensive. She immediately said the hammer arrestors could have contributed to the fix. I asked them to come take them off. They never did.

Of all the local plumbers, they are the one that I have elected to use. I've been in my house for 13 years. Steve Brittain, the owner, is pretty knowledgeable. They have always done good work for me. He knows his business. I don't know if they are the least expensive. I wouldn't rate them high or low on friendliness.

Veru professional, left the work area clean, will use Brittain Plumbing again.

No story: they arrived, diagnosed the issue, and took care of it all. We were happy campers. End of story.

Our toilet cracked...we called and ordered a replacement...and it was installed the next day...on time.....a pleasant experience!

I have used them for twenty something years and they are the best around here. They are very respectful, reliable, affordable, and you can trust them in your house.

I called them on a Saturday and within an hour they showed up. They have always been awesome. I've used them in the past and they always provide great results. Whenever I have called them they show up and provide great results.

So, So They showed up on time but couldn't finish the job because the order was incorrect, the parts to finish the job were not in the box. They had to reorder and it took an additional week and a half to complete. This wasn't the real problem, the problem came after the job was completed. When we received the bill I inadvertently paid the bill from an account that I had closed several years ago. I caught my mistake and rewrote the check, I also contacted them and let them know what I did and that I reissued the check. They thanked me for letting them know. About a week later I received a call from them telling me that they received my payment but they incurred a $7 dollar charge on the first check and could I stop by and drop it off. I did but when I dropped it off I reminded them that I realized my error and corrected it prior to them even receiving the first check, I also reminded them that due to their error the job wasn't completed on time and that I actually finished the job myself, I could have had them come back out to finish the installation but because it was no big deal I did it myself . I believe it would have cost them more than $7 dollars to finish the job. I also reminded them that I have used them for all my plumbing jobs in the past and I thought this was a poor way to treat loyal customers. I expect an apology.

The plumber was a very nice young man who arrived on time and went right to work. He was very congenial and efficient. He spent approximately one hour on each toilet removing and installing them. This is the time frame I was told when I called in for an estimate. The person at Brittain who initially took my order was very helpful. I had already researched which toilets I wanted and she was able to tell me the pros and cons of each one. The toilets I selected were a new line for Kohler but they were selling them at the old price. She gave me the discounted price that was the same as they would pay for the upgraded toilets.

They sent a plumber and a plumber s helper. I didn t think that the job was a two person job. They were on time; they were easy to get a hold of. It s hard to get an A from me but I liked the quality of work and that they were nice and professional. They did a very good job.
