Description of Work: They had to be called a second time because they didn't fix the problem first time out and charged me again for an onsite visit. I rejected but they would not back down. I told them I would pay it but would not use them again. They said they were okay with that. So much for great customer service.

Description of Work: Repaired water heater the same day I called. Checked that part was under warranty and ordered and replaced the same day.

Description of Work: They replaced a hose bib on the side of my house. All went as I expected.

Description of Work: The water heater they originally put in only 4 yrs ago sprung a leak. They said they would honor the warranty, but due to scheduling, I had to pay overtime labor for them to replace the tank. I had to pay for 2 technicians to come out. One of the technicians had to be very new, as he didn't even understand the basics of plumbing. The other fortunately seemed to know how to change out the tank. They said their hand truck had broken wheel, and fortunately I had one they could use. Who would come out to change out a hot water heater without a hand truck to move out the old one and new one in? In the process of moving out the old one, they spilled a lot of black looking water or ? all over the carpeting. I tried to get it out, but no luck, including a long thin streak through the bathroom carpet. The hot water tank they put in does not heat properly, as the water never gets very hot. I have not had a chance to contact them on it yet. I really didn't expect 2 tech's, and I surely didn't expect them to have no way of removing the old tank and putting in the new, unless they were going to hand carry it to and from their truck!

Description of Work: Actual price almost double that of the estimate, because Brittain's failed to include the helper's hourly rate and the machine charge for an electric sewer snake. I complained in writting to Brittain's and didn't get a response.
