I was using American Irrigation Repair since 2015. Every year, they were coming to maintain my irrigation system and they were mainly fixing my sprinkler heads. This year, I had no call and I am still waiting for my 2018 tune up... :) I should admit that I didn't call them but, before, they were calling me every year in May/June (since 2015) but it looks like that they forget me this year.... Nothing really bad to say except that I am a little disppointed.

Very reasonable prices and they don't try to pressure you into doing work that you do not want. I used to do this work on my irrigation system myself and I found their charges very reasonable for the work that was done.

It was a good experience. They charged us to repair something that didn't work after they repaired it so we bypassed it. They were very good on professionalism.

Great,they came out and discovered that while I was away that the controller for the sprinklers was apparently affected by thunder and lightening, they were able to reset it and had to reprogram because it was scrambled. The gentleman checked front and back sprinklers reset and installed a battery for me ( i supplied the battery). They also replaced one sprinkler head that was incorrect for the area that needed to be watered.

Adjusted sprinkler heads and reset timer box. replaced 1 sprinkler head. Arrived on time and was very professional. this was the 2nd time I have had them inspect my system. I have been very pleased both times.

As usual, Sean was prompt, extremely thorough and professional. He checked out everything, making adjustments and replacements where needed and added a sprinkler head where I needed some additional coverage. He discussed what our options were as he went and made some suggestions on my controller settings to better cover the yard.
This is the third or fourth time that he's serviced my system and I've been happy with his work each time.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with American Irrigation. Their price was right in line. They showed up promptly with a crew of 4 plus a supervisor and completed the job within one day. Others had quoted 2 - 3 days. They carefully dug (though the rocky soil !)and replaced the existing sod and even watered it in. They cleaned up the site before they left. They were extremely professional and held to their quote, except for a couple very small additional charges for unforseen problems. I would highly recommend them and am considering their maintenance program for the future.

The young man, Rob, was with a crew and they were polite, professional, efficient on time. Rob was so nice and American is lucky to have him! I have worked with American in the past and each experience has been positive. I will use them again.

Another company doing re sodding left several sprayer to deep and two others not working. American Irrigation put the rotors and sprayers at the proper level, adjusted the system for properly water the area and and repaired the non working sprayers.
