Originally when they started providing service, I had no problems. As time progressed, me and my next door neighbor both retained Superior's service and the quality of their work on my property rapidly deteriorated even though they were using the same products and services. When I asked them why, they made nothing but excuses and when I gave them 4 attempts and I spoke to the staff that actually came out and maintained my property as well as Mr. Potter himself . He said' "Okay, I'll definitely take care of it." I followed up 4 times in a row and the quality of the my lawn kept getting worse and worse. They were supposed to mow and edge which they did fine but the landscaping, fertilizing and weeding were the parts that got worse and worse while my next door neighbor's lawn maintained the level of quality that it was supposed to. I wasn't pleased. I actually ended up having lawn weeds and dandelions showed up in my lawn where they were not supposed to. If I'm going to pay you $120 a month which is a whole lot more than I have to because there are other people that are providing similar services in my neighborhood. I'll stay with the person as long as they're loyal. My neighbor still has their service and I don't blame her because the quality of her lawn continues to remain what it should be. I called John Potter and I said, "Look, I have given you guys many, many chances. I talked to the crew and they come out and I talk to you. I can do a better job myself. I don't need you guys anymore. I'm going to have to let you go." He didn't even try to retain my business. He said, "Yeah okay. Thank you. I'll take you off our list. Bye." He's not even going to try. If I was the owner, I would apologize and let me try to do something to maintain the business, and not say, "No problem. Thanks. Bye." It's not exactly too professional. For punctuality, they are great. They show up on time every time. There were absolutely no problems. As far as professionalism when they showed up on the property to do what they were supposed to do, they didn't cause any problems. They didn't cause any damage to the property. They didn't interrupt the other neighbors. Everything they said that they were going to do regarding your expectations outside the services rendered, the other requirements they met. We'll be here and by this time we'll be out, by this time we won't cause any problems, we'll do this and we'll do that. All of those they did follow the guidelines that they set for. The problem was in the services that they promised. They did not come even close to meeting up what they promised. For landscaping right now, rest assured I would never use them again. I will consistently tell people not to use them.

Description of Work: Fertilizer and weed control application, part of a regular series. Superior also performs commercial mowing, trimming, weed and feed services for a non-profit organization I coordinate these services for.
