I hired Smart Grout to polish and seal Travertine marble countertops in my Master Bath. They did a beautiful job, careful and professional, and they took care to protect other areas of the bathroom with plastic. I downgraded them because they were more than an hour late to the appointment and when I had to have them come back another day to finish the job because I did not know to remove the faucets first, they were over an hour late again. On the other hand, the countertops look so gorgeous and they were so picky about getting them right, it was certainly worth the wait. I do recommend them.

removed calcium buildup and complete re grouting of large double shower. They did a great job and cleaned up as well . Would highly recommend them for future use.

Dear Sir, Madam, I hired Smart Grout, however, they charged me 500 dollars for bathroom which is less than 40 sq ft and patching very light 2 cracks on my garage ceiling. One thing that really made me write was that the Smart Grout LLC called the police when I had given them a check and did not give a proper estimate for work . Initially they said they will stay the whole day- but they came at 10:30 and finished work by 2 pm with some trips to near by Lowes. Grout power came and said that the work was not worth more than 350 dollars

I originally gave this company a great review based on the initial service. They did a great job and were very professional. However, I've recently attempted to contact them per my warranty to come back and look at my bathroom floor just to see if there are some spots that might need to be fixed or if it just needs to be steam cleaned. They replied to my initial request asking for pictures and stated they would check their schedule. I sent the pictures but never heard back. I attempted numerous times through email and phone but never got a reply back. Even though they did a great job it's disappointing they do not stand by their warranty and commitment. I'd referred them to numerous friends which I will ensure to let everyone know about this and to look for someone else.

Multi-generational line of family trade skills that know their craft. Their idea of customer service is not having to honer a warranty, because the did it right the first time.
