Very impressed with Lindsey Savalas's professionalism, most knowledgeable, hard worker, tips on keeping tile clean, and third generation tile experience was certainly demonstrated. We were very impressed with all the cloths he spread over carpets all the way from front door to the other end of the house. He worked alone for over 6 hours without stopping. Super guy and fine workmanship.

I made the online appointment through HomeAdvisor for the next day at 10 am. They were very prompt in arriving and gave me an estimate on the grouting needing to be done and said they could get it done in an hour. I agreed to the price and they were very neat and performed the work to my complete satisfaction. I would use this company again when the need arises. They were courteous, clean and left the repaired area very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring any grout work!!

Fantastic service! I live in Sachse. They came out one day and gave me an estimate for the job of regrouting and refinishing my shower stall, and they came back and performed the work the very next day. They were friendly, and very professional. My shower stall was kind of ugly, but they made it look new again. I will definitely hire these guys again!

These two gentlemen did a fabulous job at a really reasonable price. I called them one day, they came by and did an estimate that afternoon, then performed the work 2 days later. They were very tidy, placing drop cloths throughout my home, from the front door to the bathroom. I would never have known they had been there, except that my bathroom looks brand new! They were professional and courteous and I will definitely use them again. While they were here, I asked them about re-polishing my kitchen granite. They incorporated that task into their time here and it looks brand new- again at an amazingly reasonable price!

I received a call right after I submitted the job to HomeAdvisor. Mr. Lindsey gave me an estimate over the phone and told me he would come the next day and call before he came. The next day he came promptly and finished the job that day. The tile looks great. I am very pleased.

I submitted the job and information to HomeAdvisor late Sunday evening. The first thing Monday morning I received a call from Smart Grout. Monday afternoon we had our estimate, and the work was scheduled for Wednesday morning. Smart Grout showed up right on time, worked straight through until the job was complete. They left the house cleaner than it was before they arrived. We have since scheduled Smart Grout for another project.

I am happy that Smart company is registered with Home Advisors. Otherwise, I wound not at have the opportunity to hire them. My input to the website was immediately answered by Mr. Lindsey. He insisted on looking at my floors prior to giving a quote. At drive-time during heavy traffic he arrived. This is a good technique for it provided me with further education about my floor, and him chance to give a proper quote. A comfortable price was agreed upon and he was to come the next morning.to do the work. My kitchen floors now look as if they are brand new, clean , bright and shiny. Mr. Lindsey and his helper in about three hours expertly cleaned the tile and grout, recolored and sealed the grout...all without a lot of odorous products and noise. I appreciated the information given about upkeep and cleaning. I will have him again in the near future to clean the remaining tile floors in my home. .

The guys that came by today were great!!! I wish I had met them years earlier, LOL. We had planned to have another company come by and give us an estimate at 2:00 this afternoon. THey had told us earlier this week, that they would not start the job until January. After Smart Grout came by and told me the job could be done today, I cancelled the other team. THey went and got the tile to replace the broken ones, and it looks great! Highly recommend these guys. WIll be calling after Christmas to have them change out the clean and change color of grout in the kitchen and entry.

They kept me well informed of what they were doing, and completed the job in good time, and neatly.

They did a great job on our shower. They also resealed our bathtub and sink areas. For those the quality was only okay. Their price was higher than quoted. I would want to shop around more next time to get a better price.
