The service was excellent. The experience was excellent for the job that was done.

Marble had white area that could not be polished out.Grout was not cleaned.Mable an be stained to fix the white problem.That is another business.

They ended up damaging my tiles when they cleaned it, would not return to repair and avoided my calls .

I was a little worried because I didn't receive any call-back information from the owner like a business card. He just gave me his name and phone number orally for me to write it down. That worried me with all the fly-by-night home improvement folks doing work out there. I should NOT have been worried. They did an excellent job of cleaning our marble tile shower and marble counter top. It looks like new. I will call them and use them again.

Savalas is a top notch professional. He was on time each and everyday and he did a great job.

They were able to come out same day and replace grout to match existing color. It was fast and very reasonably priced. They are from Frisco but drove to Keller for no additional fee. It was a great service and looks great.

Lindsey did an excellent job. He had previously explained what he was going to do and he did just that. The price was more than reasonable. I will hire him again if i need additional work done.

Lindsey did a beautiful job on my marble countertop. He polished and sealed, extremely pleased. He did a great job on the shower. This vendor is definitely a keeper. I would ask for Lindsey if I need Smart Tile.

Lindsey called at my 7:00 PM request and was at my house I hour later. His work was beautiful , he took pains to make everything perfect and even did another small job while he was here. He could not have been nicer. I definitely plan to use him again.

This company exceeds the standard. Savalas was friendly and responsive and explained all of the tools and techniques he would use when he quoted me. He came out a few days later and made our shower look better than when we moved in! We'll definitely hire again for any future work!

A few years ago I recaulked around the base of the shower in our master bath. It looked like a crummy hotel job but we lived with it. Now we're ready to sell and downsize, and the caulking had deteriorated significantly. I used a razor blade scraper to get as much as I could off but it was obvious that I didn't have the tools or skill set to make the shower market ready. So I got on Home Advisor. Smart Grout had excellent reviews so I gave a call. Savalas came out to give an estimate late in the afternoon that day. It was a small job so he offered to just do it then. The price and timing were perfect for me, so I said go ahead. Still, he worked until nearly 8 PM. It looks fantastic. Savalas is a hard worker and clearly takes pride in his work!
