They were using emergency and they were incredibly prompt. They were very knowledgeable, very friendly, thorough and courteous.

Lee, the plumber, called 20 minutes before he showed up, right at the beginning of the time window given me by the dispatcher. He confirmed the price for the work, which was a fixed price. Once i saw how professional he was, I decided to have him do the other bathroom while he was there to save myself the cost of the service call. There was a problem with the compression fitting on the second bathroom, so he tried to replace it with a new one. When that did not work to his satisfaction, he soldered on a new piece of pipe at no additional charge. Lee was very professional, a pleasure to talk to, and he answered all my questions. (And I always have a lot of questions) I will definitely be giving Legacy Plumbing a call for all my future plumbing needs.

I was given a 2 hour time window of when the plumber would come out (same week in which I called) and was told it was blocked for 4 hours so I knew how long to expect. Matt called 30 minutes prior to coming out at the early part of the time window and arrived on time and was extremely polite. Matt spent time installing and adjusting the pressure reducing valve outside and then later came inside to install the expansion tank on to our water heater. He had to replace two of our copper pipes that had started corroding which brought the cost up slightly but I was OK with that. I mentioned that it took a long time for our water sometimes to heat up in one section of our house and Matt recommended of installing an additional unit that would help regulate the hot water. He gave me a quote for the work but was not pushy about doing the job, which I appreciated. We decided we did not need this at this time. Overall, I felt very comfortable going with Legacy from start to finish. They were professional, respectful of my time, and did a good job! I would recommend to others!

My water heaters were old and were in desperate need of replacing. They did a great job. The were on time and no complaints. Very good service and very professional.

Overall my first experience with Legacy Plumbling was First Rate, will recommend them to my friends and associates.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with Legacy Plumbing. Lee was prompt, professional and kept me informed during every step of his service call. He found the problem and took care of everything in a very prompt manner. Will call again!

I was more impressed with the knowledge of the guy they sent out. Not only did he do what he came to do he also discovered another possible issue with our pipes being crossed. These guys will be our go to guys for plumbing from now on.

I called a little after 7:30 AM, expecting to leave a voice mail, but Amber answered and was extremely kind and helpful. She apologized for my having to wait for her computer to come up to check the schedule, even though they weren't supposed to open until 8:00 AM. There was an opening during the 10:00 - noon window. Lee, the repair specialist, called at around 9:30 to say he was on his way and would be here in 20-30 minutes. He arrived right at 10:00 and listened to my explanation of what the issues were. He then took his time to inspect all aspects of both water heaters, gave his opinion to the current situation and made the necessary adjustments. He also took the time to describe in detail how our two units work together, even to the point of drawing me a diagram. He then made the recommendation to replace the older of the two units and gave a complete estimate for that replacement. He also made a couple of suggestions as to how we could save on water and helped with a lavatory sink clog. He was totally professional, helpful, patient and the kind of person anyone would want doing repairs in their home. I highly recommend this company and would not think of calling anyone else for plumbing issues.

Lee was on time and called before he arrived to give me a head's up. After showing him the problem, he had the valve and supply line changed after turning off the water to the house. He was quick, taking less than 10 minutes, cleaned up after his work, tested the work, and demonstrated future use of the valve. If I didn't know the price of the parts was less than $30.00, I would have probably shopped around a little more. All in all, Legacy Plumbing did exactly as they said they'd do, for the price quoted and made an issue with a toilet no issue at all.

Our whole experience was very professional, from the receptionist to Lee who did the actual work. Everything was stated upfront from work to prices, Lee even showed us in detail the issues and what work was going to be done. I have used Legacy Plumbing twice now, and would highly recommend them to friends and use them again myself.

Legacy Plumbing came in and completed all our plumbing needs. He worked on three bathrooms from unclugging drains to fixing toilet flushing handles. The plumber was professional and knew his work. We are very happy.

When I called Legacy Plumbing, the woman who took my call answered several questions, including giving me their standard estimates for rebuilding the box. When I asked a more technical question, she transferred me to a master plumber to discuss the issue. Both of these people treated me very well. I then checked on prices I would pay elsewhere and decided their price was very fair. I called back and scheduled a time for the service. As promised, the repair technician, Matt, called me thirty minutes before his arrival time which was well within the two hour time frame they had given me. Before Matt started installation of a new valve, he made an effort to replace the rusted handle on the old valve. If he had been able to do that it would have been a less expensive repair since the valve itself was still working. The old handle was about to break completely off and the nut holding it in place was basically rusted in place. Only after he tried this unsuccessfully did he go ahead with rebuilding the box to replace the valve. He showed me and explained what he was doing throughout the process. The work was done quickly and professionally. The price charged was exactly the estimate I had been given for rebuilding the box.

I am happy to report that Wayne and Legacy Plumbing get the Gold Medal again for first rate customer service. Wayne arrived at the agreed upon time, accessed the toilet problem and immediately went to the truck returned with an auger, and set to work. He then gave me some advice the from his experience certain cleaning cloths are not safe for flushing and have been known to cause problems. The auger provided proof that his experience was true as regards my non-flushing toilet, BTW it now flushes without problem. Replacement of the worn-out exterior faucet he accomplished in his normal efficient and professional manner. I am very happy that the final price was less that the original phone estimate, and I am extremely pleased with the continued high standards of Legacy Plumbing, and will use no other.

All went well, very knowledgable, used them again when hot water heater leaked, very pleased.

Matt was excelent with fixing our toilet, from start to finish they went above and beyond! The lady when I first called was able to quote a ball park price from what I was describing to her. A+ service all the way!

We installed a new toilet ourselves, but it leaked a little, and all our efforts could not make it stop. Called Legacy, and they were able to send Doug out the next morning. He was prompt, friendly and professional and he fixed the toilet. He also was helpful about answering some questions about our bathroom faucets. The trip charge was waived since we were new customers. Price seemed a bit high for a job that took less than an hour, but we were very happy with the work. UPDATE: Unfortunately, the toilet began to leak again a few days later. Doug came back the same day we called and put new bolts on the tank. It stopped leaking that day, but started again the next day. Doug came back promptly, as soon as we called, removed the tank top and asked us to return it to the store for a new one. We did that, and he came back at no charge to install the new tank. Unfortunately, it began to leak again the next day. Doug again came back at no charge on the same day we called, and installed a new gasket in the tank. So far the toilet has not leaked again ( it has been 2 days...) Doug seems like a great guy, and he and his company did everything needed to make it right, without any additional charge. But it really probably shouldn't take 4 trips to get a leaky toilet fixed...

Their service from beginning to end was very professional and courteous. They gave accurate estimates over the phone. Scheduling was very fast. Plumber on site was very knowledgable and very customer service oriented. He was willing to take time to answer questions. And he offered alternative solutions/options to improve energy savings and hot water supply. He was also very thorough in review the work completed. He also took the time to troubleshoot as small issue with hot water supply at our kitchen faucet. The issue was not related to the installation of hot water tanks. The issue was easy for him to spot and fix (less than 10 minutes). It saved me the time and trouble of installing a new faucet which would not have fixed the problem - I'd still be trouble shooting the issue. Excellent service and outstanding performance in my opinion. I will call Legacy Plumbers next time I need plumbing work.

They gave me a quote for this service and for another that I decided not to have done at this time. Matt was very professional and punctual, he was actually early! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I was surprised when they finished in less than 90 minutes and presented me with a bill for $277.50. I can't recommend Legacy Plumbing enough. I would also recommend staying away from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing....they are extremely expensive to use based on their overhead (perhaps because they are a franchise) and outrageous labor charges. Legacy Plumbing should be on top of your list!

Excellent service. Scheduled for 10:00. Matthew called ahead and arrived at 10:00. Perfectly prompt. He put on booties to keep everything clean, laid down a large cloth wherever he was working, and cleaned up as if he had never been there. We had significant drywall damage in the first floor study due to a large leak from the bathroom upstairs. Matthew used a video scope through the ceiling to quickly diagnose the problem (leak around base of toilet due to worn out O-ring). He fixed the problem quickly and effortlessly. Matthew also quickly diagnosed a problem with low flow hot water for the bathtub, and will order the part and replace next week. Overall, very impressed and satisfied with the work. Professional, couldn't have been more courteous and pleasant, and prompt. He also applied coupons from the website or Angie's list that was incredibly thoughtful and honest of him. Kudos to Legacy and Matthew.
