After 6 years using this service, they call me and tell me that they cannot service my lawn anymore because of labor issues. Note that they decided to tell me this the day that they were supposed to mow, on a Friday, leaving me without service until I could get a replacement service the next week. Do not use this company. They constantly have issues getting hired labor and will just leave you hanging without service. Very unprofessional!

Move items in the yard to mow under them but never move them back. This is just lazy.

They come out when they think they have to come out. They never warn me in advance. I put in a tree and they snapped it off. I like that my lawn ends up looking up okay. They do a good job of that. Instead of shoving something in my door telling me to water my lawn as soon as possible, they could water the lawn. I like to know when they are coming beforehand. They don't tell me anything. The price has gone up. They claim the price of material is behind it. It does seem pricey to me.

I like it when they do the basic lawn service. They do it well. The always come as soon as they can in the week. It's reasonably affordable. They do it from mid March to early November. They keep me updated through emails about the schedule and any changes. They go about what they have to do and are in and out very fast. I know it gets done and it gets done right. The only thing I could ask for is that they use a leaf blower. That could be more quiet, if they could get one of higher quality. That's the only thing that's disturbing to me. I've seen other companies offering services for a little less. They do the job well. They try to schedule the same time and it's dependent upon the weather. If it's going to be a lot of rain, they will be a little late, if it isn't, they might even be early.

We have used them many years. I do recommend them. They do excellent work. They are very responsive and easy to talk to. They offer a variety of services. I don't have a lot of contact the the workers.

They came out and trimmed our bushes and put down new mulch in the beds.  The quality of the work was excellent and its the best my shrubs/beds have ever looked.  All beds were cleaned out including all the weeds and vines that had been growing in the beds and in the bushes.  We had some brick type stones around our trees that have moved around over the years because of movement of the soil and they rearranged those as best they could to make them look good.  I didn't ask them to do that so they went above and beyond what I asked them to do.  

I also started using them for my lawn fertilizer and weed maintenance program.  Their customer service is excellent and they will reply to your questions via email or phone very quickly.  I am very happy I chose Cititurf.

We have used Citi Turf for almost a year.  They are great.  When there are weather delays, they send email letting you know and to set expectations on when they will do the work.

Excellent.  Our grass is looking the best it has in many years.

The crew comes by weekly, weather permitting and gets the job done.  Only had 1 issue in the past year we have been using the service and I was very happy with customer service.  Our yard looks great!

The cost includes taxes. They are excellent. There are no problems. Everything looks great. They are very reliable. Their work is excellent. I think their prices are very reasonable for the services they are providing. They have been very professional. Their billing service is very communicative. I know every time they come and they do not bill until they come.

Asked them for a quick bid and emergency service to take care of bugs and fire ants in my yard. I have another pest control service that I am kind of stuck with in a new house but they were not very responsive. Cititurf to the rescue!
Within 24 hours I had a price and people at my house to take care of the problem. The customer service that Cititurf continues to provide me in all areas that I use them for is the best I've ever seen. Highly recommend them for all services. Highly recommend them for their people.

I have been using the company for about 5 months. They do an amazing job. I am not usually home while they do the service. He has also had them give us a proposal for some landscaping. The staff has really transformed our lawn from dry and brown to lush and green. They have great and clear notes as far as how we should maintain the lawn. They go above and beyond for their customers. They are also very professional and responsive.
