This is an unreliable company to work with. Tony was supposed to show up Saturday morning and I even confirmed it with Friday night and all was good but by Saturday morning he had a bigger job come in that he wanted to do. He told me he would be our Wednesday morning instead. Wednesday he wasn't going to come either and the only way I was able to find this out is I'm the one always making the calls for confirmation. I never hear anything from him. Don't waste your time with this company. If they don't keep their word then there's other things they're unreliable or taking shortcuts on and you don't want that from someone doing a service you depend on good quality for. He wanted to reschedule again but by that point I was done and got someone else to do it.

Tony (one of the two owners) and his sons arrived right on schedule and went straight to work after a brief confirmation of the work that was agreed upon. I shadowed him up in the attic for a good portion of the time it took him to complete the job. In my high school years, I worked for a large insulation installer and have reasonable knowledge of what it's all about. Tony was the consummate professional, explaining everything he was doing and why. He frequently asked if I had any questions or issues. He and the boys cleaned up thoroughly, were polite and courteous at every turn. What impressed me the most is that he adamantly refused to accept a tip despite deserving it.
