Doors
They charged me $2600 and $1200 for the doors. They had a woman in the door department and her name was Tammy and she was very good and professional. She called me back on several issues and she knew what she was talking about unlike other guys there who didn?t know what they were doing. The quality of work was good. Their prices were competitive like everybody else.

We chose to go with The Home Depot for the countertops based on the color and the price since it was within our budget. They did everything right. I think that their price and the quality of their product was fine. They did everything that they were asked to do and they were very punctual and everything.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION & THE PRODUCT. THE MEN WERE VERY CLEAN IN THEIR WORK & KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY HAD ALL TOOLS NECESSARY WHEN THEY CAME TO MY HOME & DIDN'T HAVE TO GO BACK OUT TO THE TRUCK FOR ANYTHING. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & AWARE OF ALL CODES & REGULATIONS, SO HE WAS ABLE TO SAVE ME $80 BECAUSE WHERE I LIVE IT ISN'T REQUIRED TO HAVE A DRIP PAN. THE MAN SOLDERED NEW CONNECTIONS SO I COULD GET RID OF MY OLD ONES THAT WERE OUTDATED & HE OFFERED HELPFUL RECOMMENDATIONS TO MAKE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM SAFER. IT ONLY TOOK HIM 8 MINUTES TO MAKE 3 SOLDER CONNECTIONS- VERY FAST. I REALLY LIKE THAT HOME DEPOT GUARANTEES ALL WORK & PROVIDED A 12 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCT & INSTALLATION. THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE & PROFESSIONAL.

HOME DEPOT HAS HELPED US PROVIDE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION TO OUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO REPLACE CARPET THAT HAD BEEN WATER DAMAGED. THEIR SERVICE WAS ABOVE AVERAGE. THEY HELPED US MATCH THE CARPET TO OUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE. THE ORDER TOOK LONGER THAN WE WOULD HAVE LIKED, BUT WE WERE SATISFIED OVERALL.

ALTHOUGH THIS PARTICULAR SALE DID NOT GO WELL, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOME DEPOT'S WILLINGNESS TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. THE CONTRACTOR SENT TO INSTALL INDICATED THE PRICE WOULD BE 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT ESTIMATED BY HOME DEPOT AND WE OPTED TO DO A SELF-INSTALL. THE PLUMBER WHO CAME TO ACCESS THE SITUATION WAS VERY POLITE AND SO WERE THE MANAGERS AT HOME DEPOT.
