Over the last year, several of the windows and doors in our home have leaked during rainstorms. The water leakage damaged interior plaster and paint work around the window frames/sills and degraded the door thresholds. We contracted with Spivey Construction, LLC to repair the damage and correct the problems. Rob Spivey and his crew arrived promptly and provided us with excellent service at a very reasonable price. The repairs took place over a two-day period to allow for the plaster to dry and wood surfaces to be re-painted. Rob communicates well and followed up personally with us after the repairs were completed to ensure a high-quality outcome. Overall, we were very pleased with the work done by Spivey Construction. They were good folks. Their prices were good. I got my money's worth. They were dependable, clean-cut and trustworthy. I didn't have any qualms about leaving the house while they were working. They cleaned up. The work was done when they said. I would use them again. I could talk to him and all his guys and tell them what I wanted; I felt good about that. They showed up when they said they would. They were clean-cut and there was no drinking or smoking.

The job went very well and I liked everything about them. I always use them and will use them again in the future.

We were very satisfied. It was a difficult job that we were worried couldn't be done but he had no trouble in fixing the crack. He was efficient, dependable, and knowledgeable.

The person's name is Rob. He has been really good about communicating when he would be here and what's going to happen. He checks to make sure the things are going right. His price is reasonable. His company is doing a good job. They tried not to make a mess in the house. The guy came on the second day and he didn't need to do the plaster but he did that. The work looks gorgeous. They did a good job. We haven't had a bad experience yet. We have another project for them. They are on our regular business list. I would use them in the future.

It went perfectly. I was impressed by their organization and attention to detail. The work was well planned out and took only 7 hours the first day, and about 4 hours the next to complete painting. Plastic was placed around the entire room to enclose any mess. Communication was great. Workers were polite and neat.

They should finish the job today. We are very pleased with all aspects of the work. Work crew has been prompt, hardworking, and professional. Work has been performed in a very timely manner.

I thought their prices were very good. Their quality of work was excellent. Every one of their guys was clean cut, professional and polite. They put down the runner so that they didn't track anything on my carpet. They told me when they were coming and they came then. It only took a week to do the project. I absolutely will use them in the future.

This project was scheduled to be completed in 5 days, and they delivered! Initially they were hired to only repair and paint ceilings, and paint master bedroom. While the work was in process, we added the painting of the crown molding in the master, the painting of the recess light fixtures and the drywall repair in the garage! The add ons were not on my original bid, but were resonably priced and added to the bottomline. Spivey offered paint color options for the ceiling - and the slight change has made a dramatic difference. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and clean (vacuuming, and removing all drape/drop cloth materials almost daily to reduce impact to my household). I will be requesting there services again in the future.

No work performed - no follow-up calls.

We had an architect develop design plans at a high-level. Spivey took it from there, provided a budget and built the addition and garage within the estimated budget and within the estimated time frame of 8 weeks. Very smooth process. All subs and workers showed up on time and were very professional.
