When i searched Angie's, i was given different service companies with Reviews. I was impressed with Fort Worth Refrigerator appliance and when i called Jack he did not prove me wrong because he acted right away and made initial visit, came up with plan of action and supplies needed. He was back as scheduled and accomplished a very neat,organized task. He was very professional and trust worthy. Will use him again in the future

Jack and his son Matthew arrived on the agreed schedule. Matthew quickly determined the start relay switch on the compressor was defective. They had the correct replacement part in their truck and quickly replaced the part and recharged the Freon within an hour. It works great now!! They stopped back by the next morning to ensure it was cooling okay without any problems. These guys are great and I highly recommend them.

Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were in and out within 30 minutes replacing a fractured L joint which leaked when water passed through it. They didn't overcharge or try to sell me something I didn't need.

They could have come to the house the same day, but I had another appointment. They came out the next day and replaced several parts. There was one part they didn't have and came out the day after to complete the job. They are a father and son team. Very nice, competent and professional guys. Fixed quickly. Father and son arrived within 30 minutes. Son did the troubleshooting and fixing. Everything done in 40 minutes. Son noticed that the power cord lacked a de-tensioner. His first guess was that the heating coil broke down and sagged. He opened the top and back panels to see if anything was touching the power. Heating coil was fine. He put a zip tie in place of the missing de-tensioner. Plugged the dryer and tested warm air was blowing. Put the air vent back on and plugged in power cord. No sparks. Dryer works as normal now.

My refrigerator wasn't cooling as it should, and water was collecting underneath. After setting up an appointment with Ft Worth Refrigerator & Appliance Repair, they were VERY prompt at getting to my home on time. They identified the issue very quickly that the small heater that keeps the condenser from icing over wasn't working. They replaced it quickly and was completely done within 40 minutes or less. I would definitely give them a call again if another appliance needed some attention. They also accepted an Angie's List $40 coupon, which is reflected below.

I love doing work with professionals who are punctual. I called this morning and was able to get an appointment for the same day. They showed up precisely at the time promised. The work was estimated before it was started. Parts were on the truck and work was completed quickly. If I ever have another issue with my refrigerator, these are the people I will call. We had water leaking out the bottom of the freezer portion of our side by side refrigerator. I called this AM and Jack said they could be out between noon and 1 PM and would give me a 30 minute call ahead of time. Call came at about 11:15 & they were running ahead of schedule. I said come on & they were here by 11:35. Very friendly, polite, & professional. Explained what was wrong & quickly repaired it. Got rid of a lot of ice that had built up in the bottom and back of the freezer. Used my Angie's List coupon & total came in just under $200 which was less than I'd expected. They were done before the originally scheduled arrival time! Would definitely recommend them and use them again - although Jack said they'll guarantee that our refrigerator won't leak again! So it would be a different problem if they're needed again.

Technician worked us in the same day we called; showed up on time, friendly, professional, knew exactly what was probably causing the problem, had it fixed within 30 minutes. Very fair on the pricing. Even gave us some solicited advice on the other refrigerator we have in the garage.

Jack answered the phone immediately and offered to come the next day at 4p. He and another technician showed up 5 mins earlier, diagnosed the problem and set up an appointment for Saturday morning, as the refrigerator needed to be off and the refrigerator door opened overnight. They came a few minutes earlier again, and fixed the problem. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely will hire them again. Customer service is fantastic, since they are very responsive and treat customers with respect.

Matt was right on time. He quickly assessed the leaking issue with my 2003 GE refrigerator and removed the stoppage in the tube at back of refrigerator that was causing the leak. He cleaned the coils at the back and showed me what I needed to do to prevent issue from happening again. He also cleaned out all of the ice at the bottom of my freezer. Quick and easy - I was back in business. Very knowledgeable and I would hire again.

They showed up as they said they would. Diagnosed the problem, Quoted a price which I agreed to and then fix the refrigerator. Great people with a sense of pride in what they do. I would not hesitate to call them again.

the company came out and replaced the thermostat. Still had the same issue, they came back out and determined that problem was actually the compressor. Replacement compressors were no longer available, so the company did not charge me for the second service call, and reduced my bill for the first call. I thought they were very fair and professional in the way they handled the situation. I would use them again.

Their work was excellent. Matt diagnosed the problem (loss of freon) and had a ready solution. About 45 minutes later, problem solved. The two of them could not have been more courteous or professional. I'd recommend them to anyone who asked -- and even to some who didn't. And I sure couldn't complain about the fact they offered a coupon that ended up taking 15% off the final price of their service, which was reasonably priced to begin with.

So far, so good. The fridge is working. The longest part was waiting for the fridge's software to update. They keep several parts that they often need in their van, so they were able to fix it in one visit in about 30 to 40 minutes.

There was more than just a leak from the water connection. It turned out to be more involved than I anticipated. Somewhere, our communications were not clear and the repairs were more costly than I expected. I paid the bill but next time will make sure I am not faced with some sticker shock before proceeding with repairs.

It was great to call a company and get a response of "I can be out today sir". They arrived on time. Right to work and repair was done in less than an hour. Got some tips about my other appliances. Any other appliance issue come up. These guys are the only ones I am calling. Period.

Father and son company, both very nice and personable. While the son, Matthew, got right to work, Jack talked with us, easily proving their vast experience. Matthew immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part. No guesswork. He didn't have to call the manufacturer repair center to get a clue. These people know their trade and it shows. Both shared their repairman's insider experience of other brands and the problems they see with them, helping us avoid the brands they fix all the time. This is valuable info you can't get from a salesperson at a store! We felt totally comfortable having them in our home. We would have them back in a heartbeat if needed.
