Raymond was very courteous and professional. I truly appreciated his sincere concerns in helping resolve the issue with my husband's truck. My husband passed away earlier this month and I had never drove his truck. Yet my husband had mentioned having issues with the transmission. Raymond assisted me in making a convenient appointment. He called me as promised to discuss his findings and quoted me a fair and accurate price to resolve my transmission repair. I was even more pleased that the truck was ready for pick up at the end of the same day. Turns out transmission had a leak. Leak was repaired, transmission flushed.... Total cost was $540 which included the $110 for diagnostic. Exceptional service. I am quite pleased

They do great work.

The office person was very polite and professional. Business was slow and they could get to my truck right away. The diagnosis took about 30 minutes, the flush took another 45 minutes, and finally replacing the master cylinder took 2 hours. Each time I got a call telling me about how long and it took about that long for each service.

I was hoping it was a small problem, but after finding out that the fluid sensor was a part of the master cylinder, I realized it became a bigger problem.

My brakes works fine and my brake indicator light no longer comes on. They fixed the problem.

They are very personable, from the owner to the manager to the person who works on the car. They are quick when you make an appointment, I wait every time I take it there and you are in and out with their service. It has been a whole 100% great experience!
