It was about $500 and something for a year. The first time they spray the inside and outside and if we need them to come back and spray, they will anything we want them to. We like them okay and they come when they are supposed to and spray and we don’t see any bugs, so we guess it works.

Ameri-Tech Termite & Pest Control Inc Company does what they are supposed to do. They are good but nothing stands out about them; they are okay. They are accessible. They come out when they are supposed to come out. I don’t have to call them and remind them every three months. They have a very good scheduling system. They do it on their own without me even thinking about it. They call me the night before and leave a message on my phone. They show up and they are done. They also leave a little note saying that they had been there. That is very nice of them.

Was having an ant problem. Called and they offered to come out that day, but I was unavailable so they came out the next day. Told me on the phone about a special they were running and discounted the price accordingly. They were on time and the technician was very knowledgeable. He thought I might be having argentine ant problems, which would require more work, but suggested only doing the normal spray and wait and see if that took care of the problem (so that I didn't have to pay anymore than necessary). Turns out, the regular spray did the trick and I haven't had any more problems since they were here 2 weeks ago! YEAH!! Would call again if I needed help also would recommend to my friends.

We've not had any problems with them and we would continue to use them.

They call to let us know they are coming. We pay for them to come for the entire year. Overall, we've been very happy with the service.

They are just as good as any other company that I have used. Their prices are much more competitive. I didn’t have any problems with them at all.

They are good about calling to remind you and keeping you on a quarterly schedule and can usually come out the week they call, so you don't have to schedule too far in advance. They are good for just standard pest control, but if you have a specific problem such as rodents or ants, they weren't as effective. At least that was our experience.

Roland showed up with an assistant four days later to bid on the rat-proofing job. Without any pleading or prodding from me, he had his assistant give the spot where the rat had died another dose. He also set out some more rat bait. There was no charge. I am in the process of getting another bid on the rat-proofing job; however, I must say that I was impressed with Roland's last statement to me: "I take pride in my work."

Workers are generally very polite and courteous. They took several trips to take care of a roach problem we were having when we first signed up with them. More recently they took 2 visits to take care of an ant problem. Since we have an annual contract with them, the return visits are covered. I was a little annoyed on the most recent visit that my appointment had to be cancelled on the day of the appointment, and then the service tech for the rescheduled visit showed up 1 hour early.

The scheduled time was 8am. The exterminator showed up right at 8. Not a second late; impressed because I am out in the middle of nowhere. Most contractors get lost and are 30 minutes late. Told the technician that I wanted the inside sprayed as well as the yard sprayed. He was amazed by the number of ants. I think the amount of ants may have scared him. They were everywhere and I thought they were Raspberry Crazy Ants. He said when you step on them you can tell they are odorous ants but they didn't smell of rotten coconuts to me. They may have been cross breeds. He mixed up a concoction that I later found on line for about $60-$80. Total cost was about $350 per acre. He sprayed about 1/2 to perhaps 3/4 of an acre. And still had a few ants around the perimeter. But the majority of the ants are gone. He ran out of time and was not able to spray the inside of the house; said he'd return that day if he had any cancellations, or reset my appointment for the afternoon. Must not have had any cancellations, but I have yet to hear from them again about spraying the inside.

They are very professional and knowledgeable. They always seem to do a good job and I will continue to use them in the future.

We have used them for 18 years and there have never been any problems at all. They do an excellent job. They are never late and the guy that does it is always friendly and the prices are reasonable as well.

I like that they are very responsive and always call me before they come out. Their rates are cheaply priced and they are always very courteous when they come out as well. I would recommend them.

They were professional and prompt. They have been my regular pest maintenance guys for 20 years but I had no idea that they would respond like this on the weekend.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 10 YRS. WE HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THE BEST PART IS AT ANY TIME IF I SEE A BUG THEY WILL RETURN AND SPRAY MY HOUSE - FREE.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND FIND THEM TO BE VERY GOOD! THEY HAD A BAD PEST PROBLEM BUT THEY CAME IN AND KILLED THEM ALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

REP SHOWED UP AT TIME SUGGESTED (ACTUALLY A FEW MINUTES EARLY) AND DID JOB AS EXPECTED. OFFERED TO INCLUDE GARAGE.

THE EXTERMINATORS THAT COME OUT SEEM TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO POINT OUT THINGS TO ME. I THINK THEY DO A GOOD JOB BECAUSE I DON'T SEEM TO HAVE VERY MANY BUGS AROUND.

THE MAIN PROBLEM WE HAD WAS ANTS AND THEY DID NOT GET RID OF THEM. I HAD TO SPRAY THE HOUSE MYSELF WITH RAID AND MY HOME METHOD TOOK CARE OF IT WHERE AMERI-TECH DID NOT. THE TECHNICIAN SPENT ONLY A FEW MINUTES AT OUR HOUSE. OBVIOUSLY HIS CONCERN WAS NOT TO RID OUR HOUSE OF ANTS BUT TO MAKE A FAST BUCK.

THE EXTERMINATING COMPANY ADVERTISED ALL BUGS WOULD BE ELIMINATED EXCEPT TERMITES. HOWEVER, SEVERAL DIFFERENT KINDS OF ANTS WERE NOT KILLED. THE COMPANY THEN WANTED EXTRA MONEY FOR TREATING THE ANTS.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT KEEPING UP WITH SERVICE DATES AND BEING ON TIME FOR THE JOB. WE WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE OUR CONTRACT. THEY ALWAYS CALL TO LET US KNOW THEY ARE COMING OUT TO DO THE QUARTERLY TREATMENT.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS. THEY SUCCESSFULLY TREATED THE CARPENTER ANTS ON THE FIRST VISIT. THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE, PROFESSIONALLY DRESSED AND GROOMED AND DO THE JOB AS WE EXPECT.

GOOD JOB. ONTIME. POLITE. GOT JOB DONE QUICKLY, BUT THOROUGH. HIGH PRESSURE SALES!

GREAT SERVICE. THEY CALL ME EVERY SIX MONTHS TO REMIND ME THAT IT IS TIME TO RE-SPRAY. IF I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY, THEY DON'T USE HIGH PRESSURE SALES TO MAKE ME DO IT.

I SWITCHED TO THIS COMPANY AFTER ANOTHER WELL-KNOWN COMPANY FAILED TO KEEP APPOINTMENTS. AMERITECH TECHNICIANS ARE PROMPT, MINDFUL OF THE INTERIOR OF YOUR HOUSE (DON'T TRACK DIRT INSIDE), AND THE SERVICE RESULTS WERE DRAMATICALLY BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS COMPANY. ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT THEY CALL THE DAY BEFORE TO LET YOU KNOW THEY'RE COMING, AND IF YOU DON'T CHECK YOUR MESSAGES DAILY, YOU MISS THEM. IT'S OK IF ALL YOU NEED IS THE EXTERIOR DONE, BUT I LIKE TO HAVE THE INSIDE OF MY GARAGE SPRAYED EACH TIME, TOO, AND FOR THAT I NEED TO BE HOME. THIS COMPANY IS GREAT AT COMING OUT TO RE-TREAT IF YOU HAVE A PARTICULAR PROBLEM (WE GET A LOT OF SPIDERS) AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE IF YOU HAVE THE ANNUAL SERVICE PLAN. THIS IS MY 3RD YEAR WITH THEM AND I'M STAYING WITH THEM.
