Went great and we were able to sell house 3 months later.

Right Choice was chosen over another contractor based on reviews from Angies list as well as Right Choice's advertising they were voted Coppel's best contractor. Both bids were evaluated and scope of work was identical but Right Choices price was about $385.00 higher. Salesman for Right Choice was friendly and knowledgeable and bid was recieved same day after looking at the work to be performed. There was no indication that the company was inexperienced with stenciling work. We had a large flooring project that needed to happen concurrently with the painting and Right Choice said they could work around the flooring contractor. We were relocationg from another city and we needed to get both jobs done prior to move in. We were not in the home to supervise the work but we had hired an interior decorator who did supervise since the flooring contractor was her contractor and she needed to check on her crews anyway. Things went as expected the first day. On the second day the decorator noticed the paint was put on very lightly and was streaky and coverage was not very good. When Right Choice was asked about a second coat they stated they did not bid the job to do two coats. The project continued through Thursday at which time we arrived to see the work. Project was not completed even though salesmen had estimated work to take 3 1/2 days. Work was probably hampered by flooring work. Contractor again worked around movers who arrived early Friday morning. Upon our arrival on Thursday we noticed a lot of poor workmanship by the painting contractor. Stencil work in Master bedroom appeard good at first but it was fresh and as it dried it was not even and outline of stencil was showing from not cleaning stencil each time. Glaze in bathroom was painted over as it was very dark, streaky, and had sponge marks according to the decorator who had it painted over prior to our arrival. Trim work was very sloppy and paint lines were not good at mouldings and mirrors. Painters continued on Friday and salesmen was called for a walk through to show poor workmanship. A walkthrough was done on Saturday and a punchlist made. During that walk through it was noticed that damage was done to the tiles in the bathroom shower (probably from a ladder) and a light fixture was broken. Punchlist was completed on Tuesday but on Tuesday night it was noticed that trim work previuosly hidden by tape was still sloppy. Crew should have noticed the sloppy work when removing the tape even though it was not marked on the punchlist. Overall not a very good experience. Right Choice sent another crew at our request to correct all the deficencies left by the first crew. The second crew did a much better job and spent two days in the home touching up and repainting. Right Chioce reduced their price for the unfinished scope of work and painted an extra room for us to help make things right. They do pride themselves on customer service and customer satisfaction after the work is done.

The owner was very friendly & knowledgeable. He came out to do a quote last minute on a Saturday. He has an impressive website that details his work. I did not use his services because his quote was well over $1000. over the other quotes I received.

The job was done as we asked, in a timely manner, with little mess and pleasant workers. A complete walk thru with the supervisor resulted in additional work at his request without additional cost. Furniture was moved and replaced as we directed. A good job.

Fantastic service! Estimate was quick. Work was impeccable. This whole experience was really great. Jeff & his team completed the work on time and everything was flawless. The removal of the popcorn ceiling really transformed this house. When it comes time to do other work in my house I will call Right Choice first!

Jeff wrote us an estimate after coming to the house and taking measurements. He was courteous and professional, and I think he knew his business.

Company arrived, set-up protection against damage, prepared areas to be painted and constructed, and painted the requested areas. Each day they left an organized site, no chaotic rooms, or completely unsightly areas. Upon finishing they checked for satisfaction in all areas and cleaned up.

Jeff was great. He came out to the house, walked the perimeter with me and explained what his crew would do. he also helped me pick e new paint color. He was able to have me on the schedule within a week. The job was complete within two days. His crew showed up on time, worked very efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was complete. Jeff then walked the perimeter with me again to ensure that I was pleased with the completed work.

Excellent! The team who did the work was prompt and professional. They covered the walls, ceiling fans, air ducts and cleaned the house after finishing the job. The entire process only took 4 days and we are extremely pleased. We plan to have Right Choice do some additional painting in the future. Don't hesitate to use Right Choice!

I liked this company. They had a very reasonable price. They job was beautiful in the end. The painters were trustworthy and kind.
