My wife had Jon provide an estimate a few weeks ago to tile behind our gas cooktop in an area where the microwave had previously been, along with installing a ventless range hood and installing some lighting in a guest bathroom. Jon provided an estimate and we decided to go with the service. Jon showed up the day of the job on time and was very professional. He was mindful of preparing the area (covering the granite, removing cooktop grates and burners, etc.) and worked quickly. Once each of the small jobs was complete, he cleaned up the work area. He spent about a total of 3 hours performing the work. I am very happy with Jon and would recommend him for any type of handyman type of work.

Jon said he would work us in on Friday and this made the wife happy too. Originally he said 3pm but he called me back and said that he could be there around 1:30pm. He showed up, looked over the directions and templates and went to work. He was able to hang it right, using the studs to anchor our bracket with too and over the tile as well. He and I had the microwave up in no time. He definitely fixed it right and the wife was happy too because she had her microwave up instead of having to wait for another week. Thanks Jon!

Jon did all the tasks very fast and thoroughly. He's very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions on how to improve the repair which I really appreciated. I was very pleased with all the work and the time it took to do the repairs. He had all the materials and equipment he needed with him.

From the first contact, Jon was polite and professional. He returned phone calls quickly and arrived at the scheduled time as agreed. He had me show him all the needed repairs and then went right to work. After that, except for a couple of questions, we really couldn't tell he was there. He finished the work much quicker than expected. Every single item on the list he performed met or exceeded our expectations! After seeing Jon's work, we referred him to our 85 year old in-laws for some repairs they needed and they were totally pleased! We hired J on back three weeks later for a couple more small jobs. Once again, we were totally satisfied. Thank you Jon.

The guy who came out was great. He was very friendly and very kind. He went the extra mile to even drop off a part on our doorstep after we had already paid him just because he thought it might match our sink. He did the job professionally. He did a good job. He did everything the right way. He took his time in doing whatever the list may be. It was like, "Okay, I am going to start here and work my way down." And he was willing to get the parts for us and do anything that he could. He even actually used some of his own parts, like a piece of wood for our gate. He said that he had one at home and he did not even charge us for it. He kind of became a member of the family while he was here. We ate lunch with him and he just visited us. He was a really nice and friendly guy. I do not really have anything to compare his price to but he was willing to get his own parts and work with them. He was there when he said that he would be except when he was getting parts.

I called Jon and was able to schedule him to come and install 3 bathroom faucets, pup-up drains and some dimer switches. He showed up on time and had already purchased a few of the materials taht I had forgotten to get. He seemed to really know what he was doing and it didn't take him long to get all the work done. The new faucets look great, the old drain leak is gone and my light switch dimmers are installed... couldn't ask for more!!

It all went well. I was satisfied. His price was fair for the amount of work done. He had experience in this field, and knew what he was doing. He worked fast and experienced. I am pleased with his work.

Jon arrived on-time and got to work right away. initially Jon was supposed to just replace a cartridge in my kitchen faucet but after starting the work we realized that there was no way to salvage the old faucet so he would up replacing the faucet. His service included having to go out to Home Depot and get a replacement faucet as well which I had selected on-line. Although that job turned out to be much more complex that either of us had anticipated, Jon did a great job of sticking with it and completing the work. Since Jon was also supposed to replace the garbage disposal unit, he spent a lot of time under my sink trying to get both items installed and working through unexpected issues. At the end Jon got them both installed and working perfectly. I will not hesitate to call him again when I have handyman needs.

I contacted Jon on a Monday, he came out on Tuesday. He installed the peep hole in the front door and removed an old microwave and installed the new microwave above the oven. The trim kit from the old microwave did not fit the new microwave but Jon worked very hard to make it fit.

I contaced Jon at Fix It Right Guy and he came out the next day. Jon showed up on time and took notes as we went through the house to go over all the items I wanted help with. He produced a written estimate on the spot. I decided to go ahead and have him start that day. He performed a variety of repairs and retrofits including lighting and plumbing upgrades and adjustment of doors and locks. He made me feel like he was in my corner and was very honest about what he can or can not do. He was kind enough to offer contact information for specialists I needed for cabinets, tile work and painting. I still have a few things on my list that need to be repaired and I will have Jon back to fix them in the next few months.
